Went in with a preapproved offer for financing at an already approved interest rate. They said they were sure they could get me a better rate and asked if it was ok for them to do so. Initially they cam already approved interest rate. They said they were sure they could get me a better rate and asked if it was ok for them to do so. Initially they came back with a offer that was for the same time frame but the payments were much higher. I questioned this and they ultimately said they miscalculated the tax title and tags. They then corrected this “mistake” but ultimately I ended up with almost a half a percentage point higher interest rate then my preapproved offer. Unfortunately I did not notice this until after I received the financing paperwork in the mail. Also in their attempt to find me a better rate they applied for financial for around a dozen creditors and hit my credit report with enough inquires to drop my score significantly. The salesman himself was very helpful but I feel the financing team was very deceptive and was not looking out for what was in my best interest. That being said I will not purchase another vehicle here. More

A very very good expereince We were given honest feedback on the braking system of our 2016 Jeep Wrangler. My wife felt the brakes were soft and I thought the brakes were fine. W We were given honest feedback on the braking system of our 2016 Jeep Wrangler. My wife felt the brakes were soft and I thought the brakes were fine. We brought our Jeep into Lucas and they told us the brakes were fine. Lucas did end up bleeding the brake lines and replacing the fluid. My wife now felt safe driving the Jeep and we were not charged for parts and service not needed. Mike at the service desk was very friendly and informative. He had the Jeep serviced one day early. My only complaint was standing at the front service desk for a minute or two before someone helped us. We were waiting to hear what was found when Lucas inspected the Jeep. There were 3 service managers and no other customers at the front desk. A manager did state she would be with us shortly. More
