First off, the dealership is extremely hospitable and clean. Automotive antiques decorate the walls, which makes you feel like you stepped back in time. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. I purchased a Ram 1500, and could not be happier. The pricing, financing, and no headache or pressure atmosphere was unbeatable. I travelled from 40 miles away, just to give them my business. I would personally refer my closest family member to Frank, and any of the other staff. Professional and family oriented, cannot ask for anything else from a car dealer. More

Fussy customer who is Extremely Satisfied! Great experience here at Lucas! Buying a new car can be stressful, it is not one of my favorite things to do. I recently totaled my Dodge Durango Great experience here at Lucas! Buying a new car can be stressful, it is not one of my favorite things to do. I recently totaled my Dodge Durango RT after only a year and a half. My insurance company has been great but my rental car allowance was expiring quickly. I met with Richard Levine and he showed me several vehicles i was looking for. He zero'd in quickly on my needs and concerns and picked a Grand Cherokee for me that was a perfect fit. I was concerned at first with the V6 Model Altitude trim package as I was accustomed to driving the V8. Both Richard and Frank from Finance convinced me to take the V6 for a test ride overnight to get a better feel for it. I returned that same evening requesting the V8. They both reacted quickly and found me a V8 Limited trim package. The next day I was set with financing and contacted by Richard stating I was "ready to go". Upon seeing the trim package I was not happy with that particular vehicle. I expressed my concerns to them and once again, they showed me a V6 Altitude with the black out trim and told me to take it our for a drive. When I returned from the test drive, I was sold, but asked if i could purchase the Velvet Red vehicle directly off the showroom floor. Within and hour, they had the car brought back for service and cleaning and I was in my new car before the end of the day. Needless to say, I was a pretty fussy customer but it never stopped either of them from providing excellent customer service all the way through delivery and beyond. If you are in the market for a new Chevy or Dodge, please do not hesitate, go see Richard Levine and Frank and they will take great care of you! More

3 year relationship and no issues yet. I have been taking my vehicle to them for 3 years now and have never had an issue. I have always found them to be competitive price wise.
