Rude, ignorant, unprofessional I went in to try and purchase a2018 Dodge Challeger.First it was taking awhile so I walked back to find they were jump starting the car.Tjis happens w I went in to try and purchase a2018 Dodge Challeger.First it was taking awhile so I walked back to find they were jump starting the car.Tjis happens when cars sit so no big deal ,I just asked that if deal is made battery is replaced and was told no problem.Things went south when he was coming up with a higher price than advertised and a super low trade offer on a mint one owner, low Milage Cadillac ATS Coupe that's never been through car wash always hand done.My car was in better condition than the new one.I asked if there's anything more to do on trade and the berded guy who claimed he's the sales manage got huffy and puffy, and started being nasty saying derogatory comments and walked away.Real sad with the overload of Dodges that are being sent they wouldn't work a deal that my trade would of made them about $4 grand minimum on their lot..the car was lot ready, still has factory warranty and all. More
Won't change my incorrect email address I have tried for more than a year to get this dealership, service center and company to correct the email address for the person who purchased a vehic I have tried for more than a year to get this dealership, service center and company to correct the email address for the person who purchased a vehicle from them — it wasn't me — and take mine out of their system. I am constently bombarded with emails about service that is due on the vehicle and advetisements for newer models from the company's corporate headquarters. I have contacted Michael Ginyard the sales rep, and people in the service department including the service director, Bob Bruce, and they've done nothing — as you can tell because I recieved this survey and have never been to their dealership. I feel bad that the real purchaser isn't getting the information they need. More

Lucas Dodge - Good service. Good service. Polite and professional attitude. I brought my car in to get it checked for a possible transmission issue. The only slightly negative pa Good service. It had not been pulled outside and it took about 20 minutes before the cashier was able to find someone to bring the car out. Mike, the service desk person, was polite and personable. It was a good experience. More
