30k service plus complaint about abnormally high oil consumption. Wouldn't show me the supposed service bulletin that says 1 at of oil every 2000 miles is acceptable, not normal, but acceptable. first time I came into originally get my lease the service was fantastic I was immediately offered a water bottle I was treated a friendly and honest way and Harry cutts was very professional and good service was fantastic I was immediately offered a water bottle I was treated a friendly and honest way and Harry cutts was very professional and good and friendly with me. About a week ago when I returned my car 3 years later I was first transferred around and not really even contacted initially about returning my lease or what to do when I did call I was transferred around nobody seemed to know who was supposed to be handling it and then when I did finally get an appointment I got there 5 minutes early somebody told me oh yeah I'll go get the lease return manager that person never ended up showing up to meet with me and I had to ask twice before somebody finally was able to help me and at that time it was 45 minutes later already passed my appointment time and there were at least five employees or salesman plus managers and other associates there looking at me nobody offered me water nobody came up to ask me if everything was okay seeing I was still sitting therefor quite a while then when I finally was able to get somebody it turned out they only need to take my name down and my license plate off my car and then I handed in the keys and that was it which could have been done by anybody. Then nobody really talked to me about getting another car until I kind of stood there for a moment and then there wasn't any real incentives or anything for somebody like me he was a returning customer especially since I said I was interested in getting another vehicle and I had returned my car with 10,000 miles less than my allowance. Not sure if there was a change in leadership but I don't know if I would recommend you guys to anyone. Was also told I would be taken care of but no one has followed up on me or reached out so I guess it's done? A couple people even said to me that they saw me sitting there all that time but I'm not their customer. that is really make sense to me because if I've been sitting there for 45 minutes and clearly nobody's come to help me then somebody should have said something and in addition as a customer of Lucas auto I am everybody's customer More
