Vince and Meghan were great. I never really have a problem with the service desk it’s the guys In the back that needs attention. One visit I was told I needed a 1200 dollar break job when I had 80 per problem with the service desk it’s the guys In the back that needs attention. One visit I was told I needed a 1200 dollar break job when I had 80 per cent on my pads. Another.i was told something wasn’t covered by the extended warranty when it was. This time I was there to have a FON programmed because one of the original was lost. I understood the fact that they were not mopar fobs. I purchased 2 off of amazon for 35 instead of 225 for a mopar fob. I also understood that there might be a chance it wouldn’t take the programming. So the tech comes out and says both are good to go. I pay and go out to the van. I push the unlock key and my rear hatch opens. I push the rear hatch button and the panic alarm goes off. I go back in and tell Vince the situation and he gets the tech and I show him the issue. And he goes into the speech of how it’s not mopar. I explain to him I understand all that but you said it was good to go. Didn’t you try the buttons? And he started his speech again and add it said it was programmed. Again I ask but you didn’t check the buttons. He finally admits this but addds again it said it was programmed. My point in this exercise is to show he didn’t really check to see if the keys worked. We went back in and talked to Vince. I explained the situation and once again I get the not oem parts. So again I explain the point the tech didn’t really check the fobs anyway Vince agreed I could return the ones to amazon and we could try again at no charge. It seems the tech and mechanics don’t really care about job quality. After the break fiasco I never bring my vehicle to the dealership. More
