Went for oil change. 2 staff members in service dept way too busy. Phone ringing non stop no one answers. Service mgr calls mechanics to some kind of meeting while my car is in the shop. The car buying experience a year ago was good. At that time due to the car not being ready and did not start I would be given a free oil change and it would be referenced in the system.
