Poor communication! Vehicle had engine light on and airbag recall. Was missing emblem in steering wheel and dirty. I have dealt with other dealerships but Lucas has been the best. No matter who you work with, they are extremely personable. The techs keep you informed of the progress of your vehicle and the cost and t the best. No matter who you work with, they are extremely personable.
