Still have no idea why my check engine light came on. It was just cleared no explanation! Very disappointed today when I got an email saying I declined an AC filter and a multipoint inspection. When I brought my Pacifica in I said I knew I needed an oil change and new wipers. I also said to declined an AC filter and a multipoint inspection. When I brought my Pacifica in I said I knew I needed an oil change and new wipers. I also said to do anything else that was needed. I did not decline any service. In fact no one even spoke to me while I was waiting to tell me you recommended these services. The only thing said to me after I checked in was that my car was done. I was told everything was good. This makes me angry because now I will need to find the time to schedule a time to come in to have a service done that should have been done when I was there. More

Issue was not resolved. After paying $4000, the engine light came back on and now the Throttle control light is also on, after 140 miles! No one should be forced into subsidizing the cost of doing business. More
