Brought my 2014 dart in for loud rattle sound at idle and a slight oil burning smell. They found no evidence of oil issue and suggested a tune-up which I agreed to since it did need that anyway. They tightened exhaust heat shields stating that was the rattle. I pick up my car and start the engine...SAME RATTLE. So, now I have to call them on Monday and inconvenience myself and be without my car while they try and diagnose the original issue. More

I continued communication with Chris over text message, and he was much more helpful and responsive, and flexible. When we arrived, we started working with Roscoe to finalize the deal, and it was a complete 180° turn from what we experienced the week before. Himself, and the Finance guy Saul Goldstein made the entire process and experience transparent, painless, and stress-free. Shoutout to Roscoe for picking up the pieces Mike left incomplete until the last minute, being flexible and informative and fun. More
