Not a good experience. Dealt with sales. Agreed on a price. Then after deciphering all the numbers it appeared that the deal was not the agreed upon price. Manager comes over, doesn’t even introduce him price. Then after deciphering all the numbers it appeared that the deal was not the agreed upon price. Manager comes over, doesn’t even introduce himself. Tells me there’s a $399 “pulse charge” add on, in addition to the agreed upon price. Which by the way was the msrp. (According to the salesperson, they get full price for their vehicles 🤷♂️). Pulse is a relay switch that makes your 3rd brake light strobe when braking. I looked up the cost online and the price of the relay is approx $5-$20. Mgr said this is on all their cars. I walked away from the nearly $60k deal. Mgr said he disclosed it, but it was never verbally mentioned or explained. Seemed shady to me. Sort of like the window etching “up charge” nonsense. Buyers, make sure you do your own math and watch out for hidden or unexplained fees. More

Initially I was pretty pissed off when I was given wrong information over the phone regarding the repair of my vehicle but then Bob the service manager quickly admitted that they had a lapse in their commun information over the phone regarding the repair of my vehicle but then Bob the service manager quickly admitted that they had a lapse in their communication and then offered me a free loaner. I really appreciated that and he should be an example for all management there. Thanks again Bob. More
