Very good customer service dept. The representative that processed my vehicle for maintenance was very courteous and professional. I do not recall her name but if you look up my order hopefully her name is attached. I had transmission replaced and she worked it out so that upon pick up I was able to drop off my other vehicle for regular maintenance.
