We recently purchased a 2018 GMCAcadia Denali in April. The Acadia would not start. AAA diagnosis revealed a bad battery and required a diagnostic check of the charging system. Making a routine service appointment through a "chat" feature didn't work. After making the appointment I received an e-mail under the dealer's letterhead stating the chat would be reviewed and if there feature didn't work.
