This was the 2nd Chevy dealership I took my car to due to the same noise issue. The 1st could not figure out the problem. When I came here, they sat me down for 30 minutes to discuss what I was actually hear the same noise issue. The 1st could not figure out the problem. They identified the problem and turned my car around to me in less than 48 hours. Very thankful! More
Had to have my temperamental hatch back fixed. Took several times to get to the real problem, but as always they came through with flying colors. Very disappointed with the service department. Bought a 2016 suburban a year ago , asked for breaks and a thumping noise be checked. Couldn’t be duplicated. Incompetent, Call shop to advise right front cv axle was slinging grease and need replaced. Shop wants to try to say it's not coved by warranty because vehicle was lifted. Vehicle was lifted by this dealer slinging grease and need replaced. Shop wants to try to say it's not coved by warranty because vehicle was lifted. Vehicle was lifted by this dealer before I purchased vehicle. Then have to reschedule and bring back to have shop that dealer had lift vehicle look at it. Shop again advising still not covered by warranty. When in fact it was a warranty issue for my cv axle being torn. After looking at it several times, part not in stock. Now more of a wait. Could not have ordered part until seeing if warranty or not.Then had a delaminated key fob. Shop replaced good key fob and gave me back new key fob and delaminated key fob instead of having my one key fob and a new one, had to wait once again for them. No rental or no loaner vehicles. Vehicle would get dropped off the night before every scheduled time for shop to look at. So multiple days with out my vehicle several weeks in a row. This shop was once a good shop. Now they are one of the worst! Spoke with a manager about my Equinox paint issue on the hood while at one of my visits to dealer and manager looked at Equinox and advised they can send out to be fixed. With all the issues with my truck I couldn't drop off car for repairs until truck issues were resolved. Now Mike is advising it is now out of warranty as of 11/24/2021. It would have been scheduled sooner if it didn't take forever to resolve issue with my truck. Then Mike is advising I didn't have extended warranty on exterior paint ,or interior warranty. All of which were purchased at time of signing lease on 2019 Equinox. Now dealing with Service Manager to try to resolve. More
