I purchased a CPO 2016 Silverado 4 x 4 December 2020, Was promised from the sales department the center consul lid would be replaced because the latch was broken, never happened service department said it wa promised from the sales department the center consul lid would be replaced because the latch was broken, never happened service department said it was $600 in sales won’t pay for it, I said fine, just fixed the transmission shifting issue which part of was fixed by flushing the system and there was a service bulletin for that repair. Had the truck in this past December for a check engine light and hard transmission shifting and they said it needed a thermostat and transmission harness replacement and the repair needed to be authorized and parts ordered, I was to be called in a few days to schedule when I could bring it back, a month later I called them and they said oh we were waiting for your phone call everything was approved the same day I had it from the first place, picked up the vehicle this past Monday, January 31 and aside from the interior smelling strongly of gasoline I drove out of the lot stopped at the first light and the engine is still running rough, still can’t get through inspection because five readiness monitors are not set and the PO 7-Eleven code is still in the system for transmission temperature sensor, which was why the harness was replaced in the first place, also by the way it took seven phone calls to schedule that appointment for Monday as no one answers the phone at this dealership, service writer blames it on the attitude of the receptionist, xxxx a multi million dollar dealership station business with this horrendous service is beyond me as I work down the street and many of my customers warned me not to buy or get my car serviced there, I learned my lesson!! More

On a trip from Delaware to New York my check engine light and stability control light and Traction control lights came on all at the same time. My 2013 Suburban had an obvious misfire. I was able to limp into Lucas Chevrolet at about noon. Mike the service writer called A Technician (Shane), and took it to a service bay and diagnosed the problem. The part was available and the repair was completed by 3:20. Replaced the airbag also from a recall which I was unable to replace at the time of the notice. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Lucas is an hour from my home and I would certainly recommend them for any service needs. More

For the most part they are nice. This time I went they gave me a hard time regarding my coupons. Which are free wiper blades and air cleaner for the life of the car.
