Roger Hughes is always very professional and courteous. I would rate the dealership excellent, but my wait time was 30 minutes longer than what they told me. For an oil change, I was there from 2:40 (app I would rate the dealership excellent, but my wait time was 30 minutes longer than what they told me. For an oil change, I was there from 2:40 (appt. time 2:45) til 4:45. I thought 1 1/2 hours was long. I know they were busy and was glad to get the appt. But wait times always seem too long.
