I went to Priority Nissan convinced that I wanted a Frontier Pro-4x, fully loaded. After driving the truck I was pleased with it but not convinced it was the right truck for me. Instead of pushing me Frontier Pro-4x, fully loaded. After driving the truck I was pleased with it but not convinced it was the right truck for me. Instead of pushing me toward purchasing that truck Pam suggested that I try other trim levels that I had not considered. Owning a Frontier herself, she has a lot of insight into that product line. I ended up trying a Frontier SV and liking it better based on the smoother ride due to its lack of off-road oriented suspension. Long story short, I left the dealership with a truck that better suited my needs and I saved money to boot! Thanks Pam. More

My car buying experience at Priority Nissan was the best I have ever experienced. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional. Our experience there was excellent. Pam explained everything we needed to know and when she did not have an answer, she found someone who could answer our question. We liked no pushiness or debate ov everything we needed to know and when she did not have an answer, she found someone who could answer our question. We liked no pushiness or debate over the trade in price for our old car. Pam even stayed late one evening so we could test drive the car when it was convenient for us. We went to several different dealers before we decided on the car and dealership we wanted. We made the right choice. We have no regrets. If the service at Priority Nissan is as good as the sales, we will be very happy. More
He was very polite and demonstrated the features of the car fully. He didn't seem rushed and made me feel comfortable to ask any questions. He didn't pressure me and explained the process fully. I have been in search of a new vehicle for three months or so. I went to several dealerships, took multiple test drives and ended up at Nissan. I have owned two Pathfinders and decided on a smaller vehicle or so. I went to several dealerships, took multiple test drives and ended up at Nissan. I have owned two Pathfinders and decided on a smaller vehicle which was the Murano. I knew what I wanted and with Pam's help, my choice became reality that same day. As everyone else has commented on, you feel like you're Nissan family when entering the dealership. The personal touch really does work.... and a friendly smile. Thank you Pam for both the personal touch and :) and look forward to my next visit. More
I had a very good sales lady. She really did everything she could to help me get the car. She even came in on her day off to work with me and I ended up buying the car that day. Everyone else who walked by she could to help me get the car. She even came in on her day off to work with me and I ended up buying the car that day. Everyone else who walked by the table as I was waiting for Pam to come from doing what she was doing, they would ask me if i needed anything like water or something. They were all so very friendly. I felt like a valued customer. So yes because of how they treated me I would definitly recommend my friends, family, and everyone else to come to Priority Nissan in Colonial Heights. Pam is the best!! Her last name isnt Deal for nothing. More
My expeience with Priority Nissan in Colonial Heights was great. The dealership was true to it's word on the trade in mailing I received in the mail which I used to purchase a new Altima. They had the model great. The dealership was true to it's word on the trade in mailing I received in the mail which I used to purchase a new Altima. They had the model of the car I wanted with the options I wanted in stock. Pam Deal was great to work. She was friendly and made the purchase easy - without all the pressure that other dealerships try to put on you. The rest of the employees were friendly to me and my family as well. If anyone is looking to buy a new Nissan (or one of the great used cars they have on the lot), I highly recommend this dealership. More
The sales consultant and the sales manager were great. I appreciated their efforts to work with what we could afford and wanted in a vehicle. I will probably purchase my next vehicle from this dealership. appreciated their efforts to work with what we could afford and wanted in a vehicle.
