I am very pleased with my experience at Priority Nissan. Robert Warner was an excellent salesman. Just when i thought that I was not going to get my "dream" car, he went above and beyond to make sure that Robert Warner was an excellent salesman. Just when i thought that I was not going to get my "dream" car, he went above and beyond to make sure that I drove off in the car of my choice. I couldn't be happier. I recommend going here when car shopping and remember to ask for Robert Warner! More
I saw a Maxima advertised from this Dealer on AutoTrader.com. It was very low miles for an unbelievable price! Well, I guess it was too good to be true - I wrote in to a Mr. McCoy about the adver AutoTrader.com. It was very low miles for an unbelievable price! Well, I guess it was too good to be true - I wrote in to a Mr. McCoy about the advertised car and he said that it had already been sold, but he had plenty of other cars I could look at. Wary that it might be a "Bait and Switch" tactic, I politely asked him the date the car was sold. He never wrote back. Then I decided to see how long Priority Nissan would leave the ad on AutoTrader: it stayed on for 3 more days! Today, I called the company and talked to several people, and they all gave me the run around, saying things like "we can't send you a dated invoice on that car" and "the President is out of town and can't be reached" and "our contract w/ AutoTrader gives them several days to pull the ad". Hogwash! In today's electronic age, that ad could be pulled immediately IF Nissan had motivation to do so! So beware of low priced used cars at Priority Nissan!! More
Our salesman Guy Gordan was extremely helpful and friendly with our recent purchase. We were not quite sure we were even going to make a purchase but his knowledge and the fact the he was not pushing friendly with our recent purchase. We were not quite sure we were even going to make a purchase but his knowledge and the fact the he was not pushing allowed us to freely look at the vehicles and trucks of interest. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle we made a decision on was the Nissan Frontier. The vehicle that we wanted was not on the lot but he worked diligently on getting the 4x4 that we were in the market for. The vehicle was found and the only difference from the vehicle in the showroom was that it was a 4x4 and did not have a sunroof of which we were not interested. We were disappointed that the tow package was not on the vehicle that was found as the vehicle in the showroom had the rear tow package and we assumed the vehicle brought would have the package as well. There was no price haggaling as we accepted the offer for our Honda CRV and the selling price of the 2011 Nissan Frontier. The experience was pleasant and Chris in your finance department was also extremely knowledgable and helpful during the finance process. We will definitely recommend Guy Gordon to friends and family that are interested in a purchase of a Nissan. I don't know if this is the appropriate spot for the service department but there is much improvement needed in this area. We made the appointment with the service department for the sealant interior and exterior and the vehicle was dropped off on Sunday Oct 30th. On Monday October the 31st we received a call wanting to know what type of service we were due to have. On two different occasions they were told that the passenger sideview mirror had bubbles and to be sure it was repaired before sealed. That did not happen and the bubbles remain. We have been dealing with Honda service for approximately 5 years and the greet you with a smile, hold the door open upon arrival and exit and retrieve your vehicle for you upon return. None of which we received from Nissan service dept. I got a how can we help and then do you know where your vehicle is? No one offered to walk out with me to look at the work performed or retrieve the vehicle I had to do that myself. Not the best customer service and honestly probably one of the worst. In 37 years we have owed approximatley 20 new vehicles and this was probably the worst service experience yet. More

Honestly? The overall new car buying experience was better than average, but one still finds the same worn-out sales practices that have been around for 50 years or more. That is, you meet and develop better than average, but one still finds the same worn-out sales practices that have been around for 50 years or more. That is, you meet and develop a rapport with a salesperson, then get down to discussing money/offer at some point, and then the Sales Manager gets involved to whittle away your offer in favor of the dealership, bit by bit. So, for the uninitiated, or those whose stress levels are agitated by any confrontation, albeit even of a mild type, the consumer is pitted against the dealer, and more frequently than not, the dealer has all of the experience & tools of the trade to win that contest. They'll do it with more aplomb here than with most, remaining friendly throughout, but the buyer will feel the same 'ol, same 'ol that has permeated the buyer/seller relationship in new car sales for decades. And that is that no matter how stoic and clever you thought you were as a buyer, you get the sense that you always paid more than you should have/could have. But here at Priority, they're nicer than most, and also offer the Priorities for Life, which has real value down the road for new car buyers. Would recommend to a friend, with the above-mentioned caveats. More
