We picked Priority and Pam Deal based on previous reviews on this website. We are happy to say that each one of those reviews held true for us! I emailed Pam the first time discussing what my plans were, wha on this website. We are happy to say that each one of those reviews held true for us! I emailed Pam the first time discussing what my plans were, what car I wanted and the price I was trying to stay at. She responded with a phone call within 24 hours. She was as professional and friendly as could be. Pam and I agreed to meet around 6:45PM, but I couldn't make it on time due to other circumstances (the dealership was a 30 minute trip). I kept her informed and she was very thankful. Finally, we pulled up to the dealership around 7:15PM where she had the 2013 Sentra that fit my needs and features already washed and parked out front for me to check out. We proceeded inside and was impressed with the look of the dealership. Very clean, big, not just cars and desks. It had a Kids Zone, massage chairs, HUGE lounge with TVs, etc. Pam met me at the front with a friendly smile and we went out to check out the car. She explained the features of the Sentra as thoroughly as possible before we began the test drive (I got the navigation package and Premium Package). Everything went smoothly. At the desk, we proceeded to discuss pricing. I told her the payment I wanted to hover around and although she couldn't meet my exact numbers she went back and forth twice to the manager and brought me a number I could handle to "earn my business". I couldn't pass it up. The payment was doable, it was the car I wanted with the features I wanted and Priorities for Life. Throw that in with a great overall experience (conversations and laughs with Pam) and her willingness to get me out of the dealership in the car we wanted was the cherry on top. After previous experience at Victory Nissan/Sheehy Nissan where the customer service was absolute trash, this was incredibly refreshing and welcoming. She stayed with us all the way until 10PM (dealership closed at 9PM). Even offered to come pick up the car should we ever have circumstances where we couldn't bring the car for service to maintain the Priorities for Life warranty. It was beyond my expectations, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the car and service. I look forward to heading back up there for future services. I would recommend Priority Nissan and especially Pam to anybody! More
I went to priority just to look at a truck and felt like I was pressured into buying it. Went in on Sunday and signed all paperwork and left with the truck with a deals tag and no registration or permission I was pressured into buying it. Went in on Sunday and signed all paperwork and left with the truck with a deals tag and no registration or permission to drive slip, which I think is illegal. Came back Monday only to have more finance paperwork practically shoved down my throat and I felt like I was forced to sign so I did, with a higher interest rate and higher payment. The service is crap, and the friendliness is crap. I will never refer anyone I know to shop at priority nor will I ever come back not even to take advantage of the priority for life coverage. Thanks for nothing priority. More

This is an outstanding dealership. I bought pre-owned Lincoln from them in 2010. On 17 Aug. I bought a 2013 Altima from them. The excellent service that I got on my Lincoln from them was a prime consider Lincoln from them in 2010. On 17 Aug. I bought a 2013 Altima from them. The excellent service that I got on my Lincoln from them was a prime consideriation in buying from Priority. I have bought numerous cars in my lifetime and dealing with the three Priority dealerships in the richmond area has been a mpst pleasant experience. The salesperson and sales mgr. for priority nissan are the consumate professionals. They are totally knowledgeable on Nissan and the most professional staff that I have ever dealt with. They are willing to work patiently and with concern all the questions i had and they were the most professional i've ever experienced in giving all the details on the Altima I purchased, Their lifetime benefits of oil change, inspections, engine and tow service are a very nice added benefit. I highly recommend this dealership and the other Priority dealerships as well, What a pleasant experience in buying a new car. More
I am very pleased with my experience at Priority Nissan. Robert Warner was an excellent salesman. Just when i thought that I was not going to get my "dream" car, he went above and beyond to make sure that Robert Warner was an excellent salesman. Just when i thought that I was not going to get my "dream" car, he went above and beyond to make sure that I drove off in the car of my choice. I couldn't be happier. I recommend going here when car shopping and remember to ask for Robert Warner! More
I saw a Maxima advertised from this Dealer on AutoTrader.com. It was very low miles for an unbelievable price! Well, I guess it was too good to be true - I wrote in to a Mr. McCoy about the adver AutoTrader.com. It was very low miles for an unbelievable price! Well, I guess it was too good to be true - I wrote in to a Mr. McCoy about the advertised car and he said that it had already been sold, but he had plenty of other cars I could look at. Wary that it might be a "Bait and Switch" tactic, I politely asked him the date the car was sold. He never wrote back. Then I decided to see how long Priority Nissan would leave the ad on AutoTrader: it stayed on for 3 more days! Today, I called the company and talked to several people, and they all gave me the run around, saying things like "we can't send you a dated invoice on that car" and "the President is out of town and can't be reached" and "our contract w/ AutoTrader gives them several days to pull the ad". Hogwash! In today's electronic age, that ad could be pulled immediately IF Nissan had motivation to do so! So beware of low priced used cars at Priority Nissan!! More
Our salesman Guy Gordan was extremely helpful and friendly with our recent purchase. We were not quite sure we were even going to make a purchase but his knowledge and the fact the he was not pushing friendly with our recent purchase. We were not quite sure we were even going to make a purchase but his knowledge and the fact the he was not pushing allowed us to freely look at the vehicles and trucks of interest. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle we made a decision on was the Nissan Frontier. The vehicle that we wanted was not on the lot but he worked diligently on getting the 4x4 that we were in the market for. The vehicle was found and the only difference from the vehicle in the showroom was that it was a 4x4 and did not have a sunroof of which we were not interested. We were disappointed that the tow package was not on the vehicle that was found as the vehicle in the showroom had the rear tow package and we assumed the vehicle brought would have the package as well. There was no price haggaling as we accepted the offer for our Honda CRV and the selling price of the 2011 Nissan Frontier. The experience was pleasant and Chris in your finance department was also extremely knowledgable and helpful during the finance process. We will definitely recommend Guy Gordon to friends and family that are interested in a purchase of a Nissan. I don't know if this is the appropriate spot for the service department but there is much improvement needed in this area. We made the appointment with the service department for the sealant interior and exterior and the vehicle was dropped off on Sunday Oct 30th. On Monday October the 31st we received a call wanting to know what type of service we were due to have. On two different occasions they were told that the passenger sideview mirror had bubbles and to be sure it was repaired before sealed. That did not happen and the bubbles remain. We have been dealing with Honda service for approximately 5 years and the greet you with a smile, hold the door open upon arrival and exit and retrieve your vehicle for you upon return. None of which we received from Nissan service dept. I got a how can we help and then do you know where your vehicle is? No one offered to walk out with me to look at the work performed or retrieve the vehicle I had to do that myself. Not the best customer service and honestly probably one of the worst. In 37 years we have owed approximatley 20 new vehicles and this was probably the worst service experience yet. More
