In my endeavor to find a suitable vehicle for my daughter, Mr. McKinnon assisted in helping me walk out with a confident feeling that i had made the right decision in my purchase. Mr. McKinnon kindl daughter, Mr. McKinnon assisted in helping me walk out with a confident feeling that i had made the right decision in my purchase. Mr. McKinnon kindly listened to my exact needs, concerns, and anxiety through the whole process. He , thankfully did not overpressure , rush, or push just to try to get the sale. I appreciated the fact that he was more than willing to take a lot of time to confer with his management in order to fine the car of my every need. As well , he was kind enough to make sure my youngest daughter was comfortable during our stay at the dealership. I noticed that , all through the process, Mr McKinnon actively involved my oldest daughter in our conversation with a demeanor of respect as well. During our test drive, my daughter was so comfortable asking questions as she drove the vehicle, and that is because he treated her as a valuable customer in the process as well. He really did leave an impression with both of us as a person who is patient and not overbearing, who listens by actively looking us directly in the eyes, nodding in communication, and taking the time to hear us, as opposed to interrupting at every opportunity.. It was because of .Mr. McKinnon , that we left the dealership in our purchased vehicle with a smile. Mr. McKinnon truly did make our experience a great one, and I would be more than willing to volunteer his name at any given time and moment if i were to recommend a salesperson to assist one of my family members. I would also like to add that i feel like i can not only call him our salesperson, but a friend to remember. Our car and Mr McKinnon will forever go hand in hand, as we had a great salesman , as well as a great car. More

My husband and I received excellent customer service from both Robert Warner and Chad Kranz at your dealership. I would not hesitate for a moment to do business again with Priority Nissan in the future. Rick both Robert Warner and Chad Kranz at your dealership. As a customer I went in with my mind set on a specific brand, model and year of car. Mr. McKinnon was very helpful in trying to meet the standards I had for a car and the price range I was looking for. As brand, model and year of car. Mr. McKinnon was very helpful in trying to meet the standards I had for a car and the price range I was looking for. As a sales associate he was not aggressive in trying to make a sale or in getting me to look at or like a car I was not interested in. Based on what I told him I was looking for he tried to find multiple options at the dealership and even at other dealerships that could have been brought to the there. He was very honest and went to extra lengths to try to get me what I needed in order to purchase a car. In the end I didn't get the car I was set on but got a car that I didn't even consider due to Mr. McKinnon reviews and negotiation with sales manger. The car he sold me I fell in love with ( not only the car but the price!). Mr.McKinnon is a very patient, understanding, and reliable sales associate that will not try to get one over on you but try to get you the best deal possible on the car you are looking for. I would highly recommend using him as a sales associate . More
This is the second car that I purchased from Priority Nissan. The first one, a new Alitma and Pam Deal was the sales representative. This time I knew no one else would do but Pam. I walked in for a se Nissan. The first one, a new Alitma and Pam Deal was the sales representative. This time I knew no one else would do but Pam. I walked in for a service appointment and decided if Pam Deal was there, it was the day to buy the car, this was for my husband. All the guys came asking if I was looking for a new car, I said yes, but only if Pam was there and if she had not been there I would have waited and set up an appointment. I gave Pam very specific things I wanted on the car, the price and even the color...she found it all, to say we are please with Pam Deal is the understatement. She has been the best sales rep we have worked with and being military and purchasing cars in different states that says alot. Priority Nissan has a Diamond in Pam Deal, they need her. I will recommend Pam to all my friends in the military. I will also purchase another vehicle from her. On a scale of 1 to 10 she's a 20+. Thank you Pam for all your hard work and Priority you need to be happy you have her with you. More
My air conditioning was not working in my Juke, so I took it to Priority Nissan to get it fixed. I was told that a rock had put a hole in the condenser and that it was not covered by the life-time warranty it to Priority Nissan to get it fixed. I was told that a rock had put a hole in the condenser and that it was not covered by the life-time warranty (which I paid for when I bought my car.) They wanted to charge me $861.00. I told Amber that I wanted to see the hole. The tech, Patrick, came out and showed me something, but in my opinion he had put a hole in it with his fingernail. He said he had put some freon in it, (but when I left, I tried it and it was not blowing cold air.) Needless to say, I was very upset. I went in to speak with Greg Campbell, the fine fella who sold me the car, and told him the situation. He went to Jaime Davis, the General Sales Manager to see if something could be done to help me out since I had purchased the life-time warranty Jaime was supposed to have done a follow-up with me, but he never called. Jaime went to Joe Massey, the Service Manager, who told Greg to tell me to file it with my insurance, but I have a $500 deductible, so I didn't want to do that. Joe Massey had no interest in helping in any way. I left very discouraged! When I got home in Northern Virginia, I took my car to Sheehy Nissan in Springfield. They looked at it in no time and told me that there was a hole, but it was a factory defect, and they would replace it FREE OF CHARGE!!!! They told me that it was under my warranty. Needless to say, I am so very disappointed in Priority and I think something needs to be done! SHAME ON THEM!!!! More
I went to the dealer today to have my car serviced, when i walked into the waiting area i heard screaming " mr. x that was 7 years ago, you need to let it go" . then as i found out later this was sales per i walked into the waiting area i heard screaming " mr. x that was 7 years ago, you need to let it go" . then as i found out later this was sales person "GREG CAMPBELL" that had screamed at this older gentleman. He was sitting at the table a got up and walked away. The gentleman was then sitting a his table, not bothering anyone. An african american gentleman came around the corner and said " I heard you called my salesman a "SON OF A xxxx ". Very loudly. and he told the older man that the language would not be tolerated at the dealership. Then he sat down and starting talking to the older man. The conversation went on for 30 minutes or more, during this time "the salesman" calmed down and was laughing with the man. However he then told him " that greg was like that and everyone knew this, he has a bad attitude etc. And he didn't need to speak to him, just avoid him.- and a whole lot more was said. I personally was in shock over this, the waiting room was full and everyone heard this language from the staff. Apparently GREG had went and complained about the older gentleman but failed to tell what his actions were. There was no need in anyone coming over and cursing at the older man. The older man stated " i felt the hair on my neck stand up when you came over here. I then went and spoke to PAM who sold me my car ( she is wonderful and helpful) i asked who i could speak to about this and I went to speak to the GM. He really seemed uninterested in the situation, apparently the older man is some what of a pain. but what i told him, is they needed to suck it up. There was no need for anyone to confront the man in the manner he did,I was not present at the beginning of the whole thing- so i do not know if the guy cursed the sales man or not. But his staff's actions were very unacceptable to me.- the gm stated he did not know all that i was saying and would speak to them. Not sure about this dealership, a customer is a customer and the staff wanted to just make a bad situation worse. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE when the staff is allowed to act this way More
