Set up and appointment to get a cover replaced under the car. I was told to be there Friday at 7:30 to set up the rental and drop my car off. Friday comes, their internet is out. So they ask that I bring i car. I was told to be there Friday at 7:30 to set up the rental and drop my car off. Friday comes, their internet is out. So they ask that I bring it back on Monday. I was informed the rental would be $55 when I spoke with Tiffany, but Friday was told it was $75. Granted internet being out is beyond their control. Since the internet was out, they couldn't confirmed they had the correct part. Came back today, Monday. My second day of missing time from work. For them to tell me they sold my part and have to order it. Asking me to come back another day during the week. This has been so inconvenient, and they truly didn't care. I personally spoke with a supervisor Stephanie and she ensured me that today (Monday) everything would be taken care of. Which it wasn't. If you don't have the time to contuine going back and forth to service, I would recommend going somewhere else. Somewhere that treats their customers with the same respect they would want!! Customer service is a '0'! Buyer beware More

Service was quick, appointment time was met, and my CSR Tiffany Joyner greeted me with a smile and kept me informed about my vehicle. Upon completion, Tiffany also provided me with services expected to be Tiffany Joyner greeted me with a smile and kept me informed about my vehicle. Upon completion, Tiffany also provided me with services expected to be completed at next visit. This helps with budgeting and planning in todays economy.
