It is very difficult for me to have service done during week. I usually do not have an appointment, I just show up early Saturday morning and get in line. I explained that I didn’t want to come in unless my budget could be met as I had a flat recently and was driving on a donut. I was told that many people were asked, and that my payment amount could be met. I was excited made an appoint. Day of appointment my wife gets sick and I have to take her to er, so I rescheduled. Tonight I drove to dealership with my 9 year old. While I left my 6 month old with my sock wife to take care of what I thought was a done deal. After 2 hours of waiting, I am told the best they can do is $140 more a month then what was discussed. Also I’d like to say they tried to sell me a 22 Nissan Sentra SR with a msrp of $22,700 for $35,000 in total. They thought I was offering 14,000 trade in with nothing owed and wanted $250 a month for 82 months = $35000. More
