In less than two hours, I had consummated the entire buying process and was heading home -- very happy with the new Toyota that I had purchased, the price I paid, and the new friends I had just met and worked with at Lowe Toyota. In addition to Corey Weber, I had the opportunity to meet and work with Carolyn Hooton. Carolyn obviously loves her job in Customer Relations and does it quite well. I bought a new Toyota Camry Hybrid some months ago and it was time for its first scheduled maintenance. My father took his Camry in for maintenance the same day. When we returned to pick up me car I asked to speak to someone who could answer my questions. He got into the car with me while I was driving it. He explained that what I had noticed was normal for that car and explained in detail why that was so. He also explained other things that were useful for me to know. And he went over the differences between my hybrid and the regular Camry. He even told me to look for a recall for my car in the near future. That was helpful for me as I don't open mail unless it it is something that I believe is important for some reason. This is the third car I have bought from Lowe Toyota and I will buy from them again. More
