In September 2001, I purchased a 2002 Corolla not knowing in 2010 I would purchase another. In 2001, I was not into Toyoto; today, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Toyoto. I needed to get a car for my job which is a traveling job. I met Brian Willard and he was great and I picked out my car. He sent me to Anthony, who I requested Gap insurance and a spoiler to be added int job. I met Brian Willard and he was great and I picked out my car. He sent me to Anthony, who I requested Gap insurance and a spoiler to be added into my deal. He just told me to come back Monday and it would be not problem. When I went back Moneay he was very rude and told me he needed to answer the phone and I needed to step out of his office. I was trying to ask him a question and he dismissed me. He was very rude and told everyone that he did not tell me that I could get the spoler or Gap. I was very upset and told Brian that I do not want to work with Anthony. I was sent to Eric who finished my deal but could not add in the spoiler because it was too late. He did a good job but after being treated the way I was I will never buy another car from Lowe and I have to have a new car every five to seven years. It is not about the spoiler it is about how rude Anthony acted. The other people there said he treats all the customers that way and that is what makes me angry. Lowe should not let somone who treats people like that to work there. I also will not recommend anyone. More
Despite dealing with a "Car Dealership", Lowe Toyota was atypical. There was nothing negative about my entire visit. Before appearing in person, I was assisted by Gina Walsh through the dealer website. I built the car I wanted online, and somehow, the car miraculously appeared there at the Dealership. Once I made it to Lowe Toyota in person, Leory Blackmon assisted me in looking at the different models available to me. Not one time was Mr. Blackmon the least bit "pushy"; a trait I disdain...on the contray, Mr. Blackmon was extremely patient, understanding, and bent over backwards to show me the things I was interested in. Once my choices were narrowed, then the sales manager, Mr. Grady Johnson became involved. Up front, I discussed what I was willing to spend. The final price quoted me was within $300.00 of what I had expected before I ever arrived on the lot. However, the price I had in mind did NOT include the extra options I ended up getting with my new Camry. There isn't one single area with which I am not extremely pleased with. For anyone that is in the market for a new or used vehicle you should go to this dealer even if it is a good distance away. You will not be disappointed. From the moment I test drove my choice vehicle to when I drove it away seemed like no time at all. That is because the salesmen new what they were doing. There was no dreadful haggling, pushing and conniving sales strategies. There wasn't any long boring wait times for salesmen to run back and forth. The process was simple, easy to understand, no hidden stuff out the door. At my first look at the contract I notice that the final price was way less than we had agreed upon too. Lowe Toyota really tries to give everyone what they want for the price they want. More

Brian conducted himself in a very professonal manner while dealing with us. He had a very friendly attitude along with a no pressure approach. I was in and out with my new car quicker than I have ever been when purchasing a car. I was amazed at the time that it took to get the paper work done. I have never in my life had such a wonderful experience buying a car. From the moment I entered the door until the moment I left, I was treated with respect and kindness. Ms. Jessie is an awesome salesman and it was a pleasure to have her as my salesman. Ms. Jessie does not pressure you; she finds out what you are looking for, finds it and gets you approved. It was just that quick and simple. Ms. Jessie did not try to get me to purchase something I did not want; she got me exactly what I asked for. Ms. Jessie is down to earth, wants to help you, and does everything she can to get you approved. My car buying experience was so quick I could not believe it. Mr. Garrett the finance director was exceptional as well. I was not pressured into a high payment and he was very personable. Mr. Garrett will help you in any way possible and that shows that Lowe Toyota cares about their customers. The finance directors are the most important people at the dealership because they are the deciding factors or approval. If you have a dealership with a poor finance director who will not try their best to help the customers get approved then your sales will be low and the reputation of the company will be frowned upon by the community. Mr. Garrett definitely creates a comeback impression on customers. I will not even hesitate to come back when it's time for my next vehicle because of Ms. Jessie and Mr. Garrett.
