My recent truck purchase at Lowe Toyota was truly a unique experience. As with all dealerships, the moment I stepped out of my vehicle I was met by a sales person and was bracing myself for the unwante unique experience. Instead, I met Lindell Ritzie who immediately welcomed me and let me know up front he'd be happy to show me around the car lot and provide me with any information needed whether I was just looking or wanting to test drive. Prior to this day, I had done my research and knew which truck I was interested in and a rough estimate of what they were selling for. We first looked at the used trucks, and then Lindell drove me in his golf cart to the new line of Toyota Tundra's. It just so happened they had recently received the exact color and model I had been looking for, a 2010 Silver XSP package, Double Cab Tundra, with 9 miles on it. The MSRP price on the sticker was to be honest shocking, compared to the low mile used trucks I had been researching on the internet. I told Lindell the price range I was looking for and the amount of monthly payment I could afford and expected him to tell me my only option would be a used one. Instead, he told me to come in out of the heat, got me a complimentary bottle of water and said to let him work the numbers with his boss. To be honest, I'd been searching for over a month for this exact truck and the only one I found was a used one at a dealer in Ft Lauderdale Florida, and it wasn't the color I wanted but the price was alot lower than the MSRP on the sticker on the one Lindell was running the numbers on. Before long, Lindell came out and presented me with the drive out price and low interest monthly payment. It included a down payment, and was slightly higher than I was thinking. I told him I didn't have the money to put down, the price was more than I could handle and I figured I'd be on my way to Florida. He told me to let him work for me, wrote my terms on the paper and disappeared for a few more minutes. Long story short, I was able to trade in my 11 year old truck for a fair priced down payment and got the drive out price and monthly payment I desired for a brand new instead of used truck. The whole experience was enjoyable, from the sale with Lindell, touring the Lowe Toyota showroom and service center, and even dealing with the finance manager setting up my loan. I've purchased a new vehicle before, but never received the level of professional service as I did with the team at Lowe Toyota. More

Our overall buying experience at Lowe Toyota was truelly excellant. What seperated this car buying experience from the rest was the customer care we received from our sales person. Al wanted us to feel comfortable with what we were buying, and this was very evident in the way he presented the car and all the specials Toyota was offering. First the appearance of the dealership is a plus. Was easy to find. I was only browsing different dealerships and just decided to try Toyota. I have never been a Toyota fan. Mr. Blackmon's approach was very professional throughout the entire acquisition. The ease of purchasing from Toyota was simple and very speedy. Even in the absence of Mr. Blackmon other sales professionals would inquire to ask if I was in need of anything. Very warm reception when returning on Saturday to have a final clean up being it was too late to do the required job the previous evening. Please note it was my suggestion to return so they could close. They insisted it was not a problem, but I do know how it is when time to go. I thank Toyota also for a nice lunch while waiting to get serviced. Mr. Blackmon was there to meet me upon arrival and periodically checked to let me know the status of my car. I do hope the service is as prompt as the sales and I do have no doubt it will be. Thanks for changing the perception of car salesmen to sales professionals. Corey was awesome! We came late Friday night. He stood in the rain with us, he played "Chineese Fire drill" with me so I could sit in all seats of my car to see if they were comfortable, he stayed late,he wa the rain with us, he played "Chineese Fire drill" with me so I could sit in all seats of my car to see if they were comfortable, he stayed late,he walked the lot until he found the car with all the features that we wanted and called to let me know what he found, he gave my husband a ride home, he explained everything to us, he NEVER gave a high pressured pitch, he didn't make me feel stupid by talking ONLY to my husband, he was very professional and knew his products. If he didn't know he didn't make it up....he went and found out the answers! I felt there were no games or tricks....pleasant deal all around! More

He was very patient and answered all of our questions and was a pleasure to deal with. He made sure we understood how to operate the different options on the vehicle. He went over all of the paperwork and car manuals with us. We felt for we got a very good deal on the price. The entire Lowe's Toyota family were welcoming and helpful which made our overall experience a great one! We would not hesitate to refer/recommend Corey Weber and Marcus Lillard to our family and friends in the future. With all of this being said, this is why we gave an overall rating score of 5(Great). I was so pleased with my experience at Lowe Toyota. Mr. Snow was extremely professional. He quoted a price up front and stuck with it.
