I cannot say enough nice things about Corey. When we stepped on the lot, there was absolutely no pressure at all. Every time I spoke with Corey on the phone, he knew exactly who I was and my wish list for my van (since it wasn't on the lot and had to be brought in from another dealership). Corey is a true professional and have recommended him to several family members already. I have purchased many cars in my life and this by far was the best experience that I have had to date. I can't imagine ever needing another car since I got exactly what I wanted, but I would go back to Lowe Toyota and Corey for any future purchases. More
Several months ago my wife and I stopped to look at cars. Mr. Harris met us and was very helpful at that time. It was the friendly and "non-pushy" approach that brought us back to Lowe's Toyota for a serious look and eventual purchase. Mr. Harris also took time to show us around the dealership and to meet several people with whom we will probably have future contact. The friendly personal relationship and the active response to our needs and wants was greatly appreciated. I went looking for a Prius then saw the Camry and found out there was a Camry Hybrid. I drove all three and my saleman didn't bat an eye. He was very willing to help. Also, they had only one key to our vehicle. We bought it on a Saturday and Monday afternoon, Don Watts, our salesperson, delivered the second key to my husband's place of employment. He was very knowledgeable of the options offered and answered all of our questions. When we first started our quest for a new van that Saturday morning, Mark was the first person to great us. While we didn’t buy from Lowe Toyota at first we shopped around and ultimately came back later that afternoon. Mark came out to meet us with a smile and asked how he could help us. First of all, this was my first experience buying a Toyota. The salesperson did not show me how to operate any of the controls in the car. The clock was not even set to the correct time, had to read th Toyota. The salesperson did not show me how to operate any of the controls in the car. The clock was not even set to the correct time, had to read the owners manual to figure that out. I was in the dealership for what seemed an eternity. Then, for my first service, I took the car in, even though I am capable of doing my own service, I thought it might be easier to let the dealership take care of my oil changes and tire rotations. Wrong! It took them 2 hours to do a simple oil change and tire rotation, and I had an appointment. To keep things in perspective, I can perform this same routine maintenance in my driveway in about 45 minutes. After 2 hours, I was directed to go ahead and pay and my car would be ready. I stood around after paying for another 15 minutes waiting for someone to find my keys. Afterwards, I called and spoke to the service manager about what happened and he acted as if he could care less if I was satisfied or not. I felt like I didn't matter because their dealership is so big, they didn't need me. They won't ever get another dime of my money nor another minute of my time. I have advised all of my friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, and complete strangers of my experience and will continue to do so as long as these folks are in business. By the way, I love the car, I just wish I had bought it somewhere else. More
