I had been planning on buying my Venza at another dealership, although it was not my first color choice. My husband looked online and found that Lowe Toyota had exactly the car I wanted, in the color dealership, although it was not my first color choice. My husband looked online and found that Lowe Toyota had exactly the car I wanted, in the color that I wanted! It was 2 hours away, so I called first to be sure they actually had the car. Our salesman, Don Watts, was very helpful, he went and actually got the car to be sure it was what I wanted, before I drove down. He also asked for some basic information from me, so he could get started on paperwork and pricing. As soon as we got there, he gave us the keys so we could test drive the Venza, while he had my trade in appraised. Everything was done efficiently, and we agreed on a price quickly. Don made sure all our questions were answered and all our needs were met. It was an excellent experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend Don and the Lowe Toyota team. More
I am one of those customers that is very skeptical regarding the type of service to expect from a car dealership. I have had some very bad experiences in the past. I go into the process with a me vs. regarding the type of service to expect from a car dealership. I have had some very bad experiences in the past. I go into the process with a me vs. them mentality. And even though I go in as prepared as possible, I know they know more about the process, product and price than I ever will. So my guard was up and my data (ammo) was ready. Earl Yongblood stepped forward and introduced himself and I thought "and so the battle begins". Earl began with a nice professional smile and handshake. As we test-drove vehicles and looked at different models Earl was ultra polite to both myself and my wife. He gave very straightforward answers to all our questions. When we finally settled on the car we wanted, he and Mike, the sales manager, were very upfront and honest about what they would and would not do. I took a couple more days shopping around at different dealers but eventually it was Lowe Toyota that won my business because, first when all numbers were considered they had the best price but additionally they remained professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire process. More
