I always recommend this dealership to my friends. We have been dealing with Lowe Toyota and its predecessor starting at the Davis Drive location. The support from your dealership has always been fabulous. David Williams was already outside the building working with a customer when we arrived for our purchase. We know David because his wife Shirl teaches at Houston County High with us and because of David's previous service on the HCHS School Council as Community Business Representative. He introduced us to Jesse Mitchell, who spent literally all afternoon with us as we picked out the exact vehicle (a 2012 Highlinder LE) we were looking for. David then helped us find the car with the exact colors and accessories we wanted to transfer in from another dealer. Jesse Mitchell has an professional style that removes much of the stress of car buying. We felt comfortable under her care. She knew the answers to almost all our questions and when she didn't know she knew who to ask. Jesse is an easy person to trust and that is an important quality indeed when spending a lot of money on an automobile. I would also like to commend Mr. Brooks, who handled the final part of our transaction. I teach his daughter at Houston County High. Like Jesse, he took his time and explained all the options available to us. We picked the right warranty to meet our needs. This is our third new vehicle purchase from Lowe. We have made innumerable service visits over the years for our vehicles, starting with the two Camrys we drove to Warner Robins when we transferred to Robins AFB in 1992. So, I guess you can say we are very happy with all the folks at the dealership, and that we will be back again anf again if God says the same. Thanks very much! I am very satisfied with the way Sam greeted me and he was very knowledgeable with the Toyota products. He answer the questions I had and I am completed satisfied with deal. Not only is Linda (and all the other associates I dealt with) extremely professional and kind they cared. Not once did I feel the "sales pressure" when looking to purchase. Now, lets talk price...I was able to purchase my 2012 Camry under invoice, with a lower interest rate, and lower monthly payment, I don't know how they worked their magic but they did! More
Although our initial visit to the dealership was only to inquire if trading down to a smaller size might save us on gas , we ended up trading in our 2010 4-Runner for a 2012. The salesman Ray Johnson was very informative and honest and although he offered to help in any way with our decision making he did not in any way pressure us one way or the other. When we contacted Ray on Monday morning telling him we would like to consider trading if it was financially feasable for us at this time he was very honest and promised to do what he could...and he did. It took only one phone call and one short visit and we were out the door with our new vehicle. We were promised leather to be installed and that was taken care within 2 days and we are pleased. We are new to this area however this is the fourth 4-runner we have purchased and when we brought the previous one in two weeks ago to have it serviced we were extremly pleased with the service department at Lowe as well...I was there less than 30 minutes...awesome! This is the 5th dealership in Georgia we have ahd dealings with in the past 3 years and I am happy to say we will continue to use Lowe !! Thank you Ray Johnson , we appreciate it! More
I just wanted to look at the Tacoma trucks. Mr. Watts introduced himself to me in the lot showed the direction of the trucks. I bought a 2011 Toyota Sienna back in January of this year, and Mr. Johnson was my sales associate and he gave us a great service and all the help he could to get us to finance that vehicle. I decided to buy me another vehicle and the one person I thought of first to go see was Mr. Johnson. This time I bought a 2012 Toyota Corolla and he gave me the same great service he gave me before and I was able to take the car home within minutes I made up my mind with the color I wanted. In the future I will go to Lowes Toyota to buy my next vehicle and I hope Mr. Johnson will be there to make him my sales associate as before. More

I really can't remember all of your names I was on overload from lack of sleep , thanks to all of you at Lowe Toyota for making it so easy to buy a car there. The trip back to California was a lot of fun. My daughter an I took turns driving and we made it back in 38 hours. We took the rout you suggested thru Florida and then the 10 freeway all of the way home, that made it fun and easy. We love our new Camery, it really made our trip home a good one. Thankyou Toyota for building such nice cars, This is my 6th Toyota now and I think I like it the best. Well I'm going to go wash and vacuum the car and put her to bed now so she's ready for her next trip.
