I had a truly wonderful experience doing business with Lowe Toyota. Mike was very knowledgable about the vehicles and was very accommodating to all our questions and requests. We have purchased many cars in the past and had just awful experiences. My son purchased his 1st car on his own from Lowe 2 yrs. ago He had done his research and knew exactly what he should be paying for the car. We went with him "just in case" since he was new to the car buying process. We were amazed that he did not have to negotiate to get a great deal, they just came right out with a terrific price. He asked for a few upgrades that were aftermarket additions, not normal Toyota options and they even worked out a low price for those things and had them installed....he was a Happy Camper! So, when it came time for me to purchase a new car, we immediately thought "hassle free buying at Lowe Toyota". I am normally a Sunday car shopper to prevent frustration but I knew that my son had had such a trouble free experience, I was willing to shop on Saturday...;-) We of course did our research before going and knew what we should be paying for all the "many" options I wanted in a car. Mike directed us to exactly those vehicles saving us time we might have wasted looking at stickers and options. We test drove a car, in town, and on the interstate since I do most of my driving on I-75. He wanted us to be sure that it felt right for me. My husband wanted to try it out too so we swapped and reversed the path, we both loved the car. Now the big decision...white or silver....of course we test drove the white and I decided I wanted silver. So because we hadn't test driven the silver...my husband requested a second test drive and Mike didn't bat an eye...he just said "sure, lets go" so off we went. When we returned to the dealer he quoted a price, we mentioned we had seen a 0.9% apr loan term on the tv and Mike said yep no problem that finance would work that out. The price was only $50 away from what we felt the car was worth in our area and we got the low interest rate to boot. When it was time to visit finance, it was easy peasy. Jeremy Smith was our finance guy and funny enough (Even though Warner Robins is no longer the little town it used to be) we were excited to see Jeremy working there. We knew Jeremy from years earlier, he played baseball with our son, but we had no idea he worked there. It is a small world indeed! All told with the search, questions/answers, 2 test drives and financing we were there just over 2 hours...a major good thing in our estimation! What did I buy? A 2012 Camry SE with all the bells and whistles and I LOVE it! Thanks Lowe Toyota. More
I love that we weren't pushed into anything and everyone was very friendly. I also like Jesse Mitchell. She is a very nice and down to earth person. Corey made me feel extremely comfortable from the moment I walked in. He was very knowledgeable about the van we purchased and if there was something he wasn't sure about he made sure to find out the answe I walked in. I had the BEST experience here. This was my first stop in my search for my new pre-owned vehicle. I had a certain price point and payment range that I wanted to stay in and was quickly pointed in the right d my search for my new pre-owned vehicle. I had a certain price point and payment range that I wanted to stay in and was quickly pointed in the right direction by Michael, who by the way, is a fantastic salesman. He didn't push. He let us take our time and decide what we wanted and then offered his advice and got the keys ready for us to do some test driving. I found a car almost right away that I liked but still had a couple of other vehicles that I was wanting to check out at other dealerships. Michael got my cell phone # and told me he would text me with any new deals he came across while I was gone. He even gave me the name of a guy at one of the other dealerships to speak to when I got there. He actually said, "I want you to find what you need even if it isn't from us although I would prefer you bought from us." He seemed genuinely concerned about me and what I needed. I checked out the other vehicles but no one could offer me the customer service, the prices, or the quality that I seen at Lowe Toyota. Michael made good on his promise to continue the hunt for a great deal for me. I received a few texts from him while I was gone letting me know about more vehicles in my price range and what he could do for me. He went above and beyond trying to help me out. So, I walked out of a Ford dealership where the salesmen had all but shut me in the office and locked the door and headed straight back to Michael at Lowe Toyota. He put me in a 2009 Scion XB for the price and the payments that I wanted and he made sure that this was what I absolutely wanted before he would even draw up the papers. He was almost as excited as I was. Thank you to Michael and Lowe Toyota for making this the best car buying experience for me! I would definitely recommend him and the dealership as a whole to anyone looking for a vehicle (new or pre-owned). More
Upon arriving on the parking lot, I was greeted with a professional acting salesman. He immediately made me feel like I was the most important person of the day. After talking a few minutes, he had one of his senior team members meet me. They both made the process simple and short. I will return my business there in the future. More
The car salesman was great. Reggie Thompson. Highly recommended. He was very nice and very understanding. He gave us our space when needed ad had all the information we needed. Once my vehicle was purchased it took a total of over 5 hours over 2 days to drive away with my brand new vehicle in pristine condition. I talked to both my salesman and a manager about my experience and r hours over 2 days to drive away with my brand new vehicle in pristine condition. I talked to both my salesman and a manager about my experience and received nothing but excuses. I felt that I was just being put off because they knew that they already had my money. In the past with a new vehicle I have been offered a loaner car to take with me since the service was going to take more than an hour on my newly purchased vehicle and this dealership did nothing of the sort. I would understand if they had informed me that they were busy, but they would say it will only be an hour and I call back to check in 2 hours and they had not started work on my vehicle yet. Overall I was very dissatisfied with my service. More
When I spoke with Leory the night before coming in the following morning I told him what two vehicles we were interested in and what specifications we wanted. The following morning when we came in, he remembered which two and had his sales manager come in and he had Leory bring a camry around he thought would match. Even though it was close to what we were looking for, Leory allowed us to look at others in which we found the one we really liked and bought. Leory was very patient, he never once tried to talk us into a different one, and allowed us to look at as many as we wanted without rushing us. In a business where sales are the way you make your living, it was nice that he never pressured and rushed us. More
