The reason I give the ratings I do. First I actually qualified for more money at a lower interest rate through carmax, but they didn't have the right car to fit my needs. So I did buy one from your comp qualified for more money at a lower interest rate through carmax, but they didn't have the right car to fit my needs. So I did buy one from your company. The first expedition I signed the paper work for needed some work, and I was told that it would be done by friday because I needed it to go to work (I work in the oilfield out of town). On friday I got a text saying it wouldn't be done until wed of the following week. So I went to the dealership and picked out a different expedition. I drove it for 2 days and the check engine light came on. I took it in on mon 9/26 they told me it would be at least a week before I would get it back. I asked my salesman to try to get me back in the other expedition. He told me that I didn't actually qualify for that one, but he would try to find something else for me. After 2 days I didn't hear from him, so I just sent him a text that I will keep this one. I plan on driving it and paying it off soon to build my credit so i can go elsewhere to buy a vehicle. The amount that the salesman told me I could get qualified for was half that of carmax, they just didn't have a selection of 4 wheel drives. More

Me and my husband had a great experience.
