I am a returning customer, I needed another car. The minute we walked in the door we were greeted by Trent. He took us back and offered us popcorn and drinks. Then showed my five year old son to the play minute we walked in the door we were greeted by Trent. He took us back and offered us popcorn and drinks. Then showed my five year old son to the play area.He told us the sales policies of Low Book Sales. Then he told us about the benefits that are included with our purchase. Next we went over the details of what I was looking for and what I could afford. We then went out and looked at the cars. There was no pressure, and we looked at all the cars twice. I found the one I liked. We went inside and finalized the details. Next e went to financing. I don't remember the gentleman's name, but he was wonderful. We went to the Linden Low Book Sales. He got us a lower monthly payment and percentage rate. I wish I could remember his name as well as Trents. I came away with a 2011 car that is beautiful and just what I need. Also the salesman that sold me my car three years ago came over and said hello it was nice to see us again. He is the floor manager now. I felt very comfortable, and relaxed to concentrate on finding a car. There was no pressure to buy a certain car, also there was no double talk, everyone was very straight forward, kind, friendly and courteous. More
The wait can sometimes be a little bit long but I love that they have the popcorn and soda machines while you wait for your car to be serviced. that they have the popcorn and soda machines while you wait for your car to be serviced. More
I got a call from Low book sales, offering to buy my Tahoe that I have listed for sale on ksl.com. Keep in mind I did not contact them, they called me. I told them it was priced at $23k and said I could Tahoe that I have listed for sale on ksl.com. Keep in mind I did not contact them, they called me. I told them it was priced at $23k and said I couldn't come down from that, figuring they would lose interest because there wasn't much room for them to make money off of it. To my surprised they said that is no problem, bring it on down. So I drove the 45 minutes to the dealership and talked to a guy about it. He seemed surprised that they would offer to pay that but started the process to buy it. After looking it over, the finance manager told me that they would give me $14k! After I was promised $23k over the phone! I expected to have them try and low ball me a little bit, even figured they might offer me as low as $18k being realistic. But $14k was absolutely insulting. I will never be back, and I am warning everyone I come across to stay away. More

Excellent service. I have always been leery of Low Book Sales since I tried to sell them a car a few years ago. They ha offered me $1000 which was way too low. I was able to sell the car myself a week late Sales since I tried to sell them a car a few years ago. They ha offered me $1000 which was way too low. I was able to sell the car myself a week later for $3200. That definitely put a bad taste in my mouth, however I decided to give them a try when I was recently looking to purchase a vehicle. The service was amazing. Staff was all new since the location had been open only 3 months, but still was knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't end up buying a car on the first visit, but came back a week later and purchased a vehicle from the same sales person. I was in and out in 1.5 hours. That's with a quick test drive and signing all paperwork and a missing gas card (20 minute wait), since I had already been approved the week before. The finance department was also exceptional. They worked for an additional week after the signing to find me a better deal on my loan and gave me some tips to improve my credit score in general. All of this along with the fact that they offer free road-side assistance for the vehicle (within 50 miles of one of their stores), free smog and safety for life on ALL vehicles in your household plus if you buy from them in the future, you get $1000 off the top just for coming back. I may not ever SELL them a car, but I definitely will be buying future vehicles from them. More
I don't feel like I was treated with respect by the guys at the front counter, and I don't think that they ever fixed the problem with my Honda. Would never recommend one of my fiends to these slime ba guys at the front counter, and I don't think that they ever fixed the problem with my Honda. Would never recommend one of my fiends to these slime bags again. More

I Purchased a 2009 BMW 328i with approx 42,000 miles on the clock. I got the speech about how LBS didn't sell cars that had been crashed and a bunch of other hooey. Financing - Hold on to your hat. Rates the clock. I got the speech about how LBS didn't sell cars that had been crashed and a bunch of other hooey. Financing - Hold on to your hat. Rates on the far side of 20%. Yuk. When you get to the Finance Guy, he will tell you that their lender (Which is General Motors Finance [not affiliated with GMAC] and which they own requires a Service Contract. 24 months for 2000 dollars. (Even though my car still had factory warranty left) The minute I got home, I read the contract. It was NOT required and I cancelled it. They, eventually, credited the $2000.00 back to my account. (Although I got to pay interest on the money while they took their sweet time) The car had a couple of initial problems and, to their credit, they fixed them w/o a hassle. Fast forward to January 2013. Car is dead. Wont Start. Take to BMW discover car is STILL under factory warranty. (No Thanks to LBS) BMW Fixes. Next, the blower motor goes out. BMW fixes. Next. Radio Goes out. BMW Fixes. Next, clunk in drive train. Trans out. Surprise! car had been in an accident and had knocked some shaft loose in the trans which damaged a seal. Trans back in same noise. New rear U-Joint. Less noise but now car vibrates. Back to BMW, new drive line. Noise now comes and goes. Car has now reached 50,000 miles No More BMW warranty. I can A: Pay 3200 for 3 more years of warranty (With a 50 dollar per visit deductible) or get a new car. Acquisition cost for either about the same. I decide to keep the car. The next Tuesday, radio goes on the fritz again. I decide that it is a sign from heaven and trade it in. The experience sucked because I SHOULD have been told it was in a crash. That devalued the car substantially and I paid a premium for the car to begin with. Translation: I got totally hosed when I traded it in (To the tune of about 8000 dollars, of the which 4000 can be attributed to lost value because of the crash) I tried on a variety of occasions to speak with Mr. Cash Brown and I got a few terse emails, but he would never come out of his office to visit with me. Also note. I sent a friend there and they got her a car. She did not put full coverage on the car fast enough for them (It was her first car purchase and they failed to explain that or ask for it) They called her and told her she had to either get the insurance THAT day or they would report the car stolen. She returned the car. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone, for any reason at any time. More
