Terrible customer service My husband and I went in last night 08/25/18 at around 8 and looked at some cars my husband and I were really interested in purchasing our family vehi My husband and I went in last night 08/25/18 at around 8 and looked at some cars my husband and I were really interested in purchasing our family vehicle....there was three men working in there office and usually when they see a customer out on the lot they come out to help/greet you well we were there for about 30 min looking at the lot waiting to see if someone would come out to help us and all the men where just watching us from there window acting as if we wernt there ... so we decided to go into there lobby to see if we could get helped since they didnt come out to us as we walked in we stood there in the lobby as the men just sat there on there phones and completely ignored us my husband and I felt very offended as we walked out of the lobby since no one helped and we were just ignored the three men gathered together in a office where they were just watching us get into our car as my husband was putting away our daughters stroller they just laughed at us as we drove out my husband and I were very Interested in purchasing our car from low book sales but after this experience we will definitely not be going back . I'm very offended that just because me and my husband our a young looking couple they look at us as if we can't afford a car . Very BAD customer service !! More
Watch out for the predatory fees in the fine print I went to Low Book Sales because their advertised price of a car was incredible. I drove the car, it was great. The trouble came when it was time to get a final price. They sat us down in the waiting area where we sat for over an hour. We watched a beautiful sunset in its entirety. Eventually I told them to email the price because I was leaving. Next day the finane guy called and started going over the vast and expensive fees. In addition to the $500 doc fee they charge $1000 if you pay cash or use outside financing. He told me they'd waive the $1000 if i bought an extended warrantee for $2500. I was offered that same warrantee by another dealer for $1700, and that was still too much. In all, the title, taxes and fees pushed a less than $16000 car to over $20000. If you are the kind of person who doesn't mind paying predatory fees to greedy lenders, this might be the place for you. But if you value your hard earned money, I'd avoid these guys like a check loan lender. More

I have returned to Low Book a few times here and there for oil changes and tire balancing and every time I am treated very well. The staff is always kind. The guy in the service department, Ray is always super friendly.Today my oil change was cheaper than anticipated and done in less than an hour. Thanks Low Book for changing how I view car dealerships. You guys are the bomb. More
Beware of undisclosed doc price of 499.00 When I walked they claimed to be a no haggle windshield priced dealership with no fees, I bought a truck and when signing papers I found out they char When I walked they claimed to be a no haggle windshield priced dealership with no fees, I bought a truck and when signing papers I found out they charge you a $499.00 doc fee, I felt this was very shady! They claim they charge this for every vehicle they sell. Why not just had that to the asking price. For that dirty trick I’m giving them a one star. More
