I have been dealing this dealership since 1999. I have never had a bad experience, their service is outstanding. Things are done on time with very good communication between the service department and th never had a bad experience, their service is outstanding. The car buying experience itself was exceptional. Steve picked me up from the airport (I flew in from Rochester NY) in Manchester on 29 Aug 2009 and drove me to the dealership. The 2005 Acura TSX was detai picked me up from the airport (I flew in from Rochester NY) in Manchester on 29 Aug 2009 and drove me to the dealership. The 2005 Acura TSX was detailed and on the showroom floor. The car was better than described! I purchased it and drove it back to Rochester NY about 2 hours after I arrived. Steve was absolutely great to work with and I've bought many, many new and used cars. I'd rate him as the top 1 percent of the people I've delt with at car dealerships. Thanks Steve! My lower rating for the dealership stemmed from the delay in the dealership sending the electronic funds request to my bank (USAA) for payment. It took 4 business days for them to send it in (3 Sep), and they were paid the next day (4 Sep). It took another 3 business days for the title to be FedEx'd to me so I could register the car in NY, and the zip code was wrong so the package ended up in Utica NY. That delayed the title by another day. I know the dealership is a high volume operation and this was a used vehicle, but the follow up on the sale was lacking. More

On July 18, 2009 my wife and I purchsed a 2005 Volvo XC70 from Lovering Volvo in Nashua, New Hampshire. From the moment we arrived, we felt extemely comfortable and welcome. I have purchased and owned over 3 from Lovering Volvo in Nashua, New Hampshire. From the moment we arrived, we felt extemely comfortable and welcome. I have purchased and owned over 30 automibiles in my life so far and I must say that Lovering Volvo provided the best buying experience I have ever had. This extends past the Sales team and into Serivce. There were a few samll items that Lovering needed to service on the car after we took possession and Steve and Dave made this a pleasant experience also. They are awesome. Very friendly easy to get in and out and provide quality work. Times when I bought my car in for a problem it turned out to be minimal and it was done free of charge. I've always been treated fairly and in a very friendly at atmosphere. Craig takes the time to explain anything that might be done to the car when I am in the shop. I've maintained the car as suggested and I am now at 200,000 miles. The work performed is always yop-notch and I do not have to return for any fix-its, because it was done right the first time. More

Regretfully I ended up purchasing a car elsewhere (different brand), but if I was inclined to take on more debt, the vehicle and price offered was fair. The person in finance was terrific and found the lowest rates available and was never felt any pressure to make quick decision. I wish the car buying experience was as positive with the vast majority of other dealers. More

By far, the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have purchased two XC90's over the last 4 years from them. No undo sales presure and very knowledgable staff. Credit department had issues with my paperwork and I had to come back in to sign the same paperwork twice and they gave me a free detailing. The cars have been almost exclusively serviced by them and they have always delivered the car, clean, washed, and ready when promised. The one time they were unable to complete the repair because of part stock, the supplied me with a car off their lot to use. One of the best aspects, they greet me by name with a friendly smile everytime I come in for service. Rick and the entire staff are fantastic. More

I brought my car in today at 8am to inquire about an ipod adapter. Since the labor charge depends on whether the car is already "prepped" for navigation and/or satellite radio, and since I didn't know for adapter. Since the labor charge depends on whether the car is already "prepped" for navigation and/or satellite radio, and since I didn't know for sure despite not having these features, I specifically asked them to inspect the car and give me an estimate of labor, PRIOR to moving forward with the installation. They called me at 4pm to say that the technician made a mistake and started the install...and therefore they'd need to keep the car for another day to uninstall. They claim it was a miscommunication. AMAZINGLY TYPICAL FOR THIS DEALERSHIP TO WASTE CUSTOMER TIME WITH INCOMPETANCY. More

I recommend this dealership because it is the only Volvo dealer in the area, and has provided me with a positive sales and service experience. That being said, I have had better service experiences with dea dealer in the area, and has provided me with a positive sales and service experience. That being said, I have had better service experiences with dealerships for other car brands. (such as Saab) As such, I believe Lovering - Nashua could vastly improve their customer interaction. More
