Went there to see a used car from Manchester with my own financing. I test drove the vehicle and decided I wanted it. The salesman, Shane Hayes, was not your typical salesman. He simply showed me what I was there to see and asked me if that was what I wanted. Yes!!! Shane is a Marine so he understands the 5 W's so we clicked right away! Huge plus. Not an advantage but a plus. He advised the young lady who does the financing that I walked in having my own and she was confident she could beat the rate I was offered. None of the usual song and dance amongst the salesman, sales manager and the finance specialist at Lovering; once the application was completed I went straight to her office. She estimated 20 minutes before she'd get feedback from the lenders she thought I would be approved at a better rate for but it took about 8 (I have an uncanny concept of time) and as promised I was approved at a better rate at close to HALF of the approval I walked in with. I completed and signed the paperwork within another 15 minutes (printing and signing) and was good to go. NOW; with that being said, there was the typical up-sale at the finance desk for an extended warranty (fully comprehensive powertrain, electrical, etc. with no deductible) originally for a term of 3/36 but opted for the 4/48 since the increase in the finance was marginal between the two and the difference in the payment without it was $40+ and some change considering with my own financing without the warranty I would've been $55+ over (+\-) and it was a done deal. As stated above, I'm in Manchester and drove myself there to do all this so they agreed to drive the car to the Concord location once ready. Executed and drove home from Concord. Very easy, veteran friendly (as the majority of their staff are vets) and no song and dance on the process. As I said, very atypical with dealers in general. Will purchase my next vehicle there... Guaranteed!!! 1000 stars to this business for the front to back experience. They truly understand that customers are there to BUY something and not be SOLD something for sure. Shop here first if you're in the market for a new Volvo or a used vehicle. They are in Nashua, Concord and Meredith, NH. Again, 1000 stars. Peace, W. More

After researching and visiting various dealerships for almost two months, I was getting quite discouraged as my spring semester grew nearer. Just days before I returned to school, I came across a used 2012 Nissan Altima on cargurus.com and for a great price! After visiting multiple dealerships with similar "great deals," I was suspicious because I had dealt with so many incompetent people who knew very little about the car they were selling. I was becoming frustrated with the unprofessional, dishonest dealers in my area and soon discovered Lovering Auto in Meredith, NH. It was an hour and forty minutes away, but I decided to take my chances. When I arrived with my parents, we saw the car and it looked immaculate! Shane Hayes came out to meet us right away and we were impressed after taking it for a test drive. They made the decision easy for us...this was the one! As for the dealership itself, Lovering Auto is quaint, clean, and professional and the people are great! They were never pushy, truly honest, and extremely fair. We were very happy and knew we had made the right decision! We had the best experience at Lovering Auto and they had exactly what we were looking for and more when it came to my used Nissan Altima. The car is in great shape and no problems so far! Both my mother and brother will be in need of new cars soon, and even though it is a long drive for us, it will definitely be worth it!!!
