For many years she kept in touch - checking in once a year. But more important, she's accessible and responsive. You can call her up and she answers the phone. If you need an answer on something, Tami researches it and gets you an answer. We've never had an issue with our Volvos (the one we bought 7 years ago was perhaps the best car I've ever owned) but I feel certain that should something come up that needs addressing, Tami and Lovering Volvo will help us address it.
