Over the course of a couple of weeks and search for the right automobile for us we narrowed it down and decided we wanted a Volvo. Alex was so patient with us and willing to go the extra mile for us. After driving a number of Volvos we finalized our decision and purchased the S60 Volvo Inscription and we are very pleased with our choice. Lovering Came Through I purchased my used truck from Lovering on March 29th. After having it over the weekend I decided to use a feature I had confirmed had worked on my t I purchased my used truck from Lovering on March 29th. After having it over the weekend I decided to use a feature I had confirmed had worked on my test drive. The truck would engage into 4H but not 4LO after several attempts I could not get it out of 4H. I had done my due diligence before signing for the truck and had called the dealership it was bought from originally for any service work done to the system. After having them tell me that due to privacy reasons they could not give me info besides the fact that it had been in for service and had a multi point inspection. Come to find out the 4WD system had been denied warranty due to abuse. I had noticed a bracket was bent on the undercarriage and some scrapping occurred on the cross member but the transfer case had no visible damage. I called Jon and brought it back to Lovering and they sent it off to the manufacturers dealership (not the one who denied the warranty the first time) who confirmed that it was working but after a few tries decided not to. They said the transfer case showed excessive metal flakes in the oil and that it would need to be replaced. Anyways needless to say my heart sank. But after talking with Jon the service manager at Lovering he assured me that something was in the works and that they had found a used unit with only 48 miles on it. Everything was replaced and the truck works fine. I can't say enough good things about how I was treated through the whole process. Alex the salesman was easy to work with, and very apologetic on my next visit to the dealership. Shawn was very nice and easy to work with with the finance, and Jon was very forth coming and even felt that the damaged that the original manufacturer had denied did not make any sense. More

Repairs can hurt, but I'm feeling the LOVEring. I really don't know what to say, or how to thank the team at Lovering Volvo in Concord. There is a reason why John Reilly has been there about a thousand years. My car is 25 years old, and needed a fair amount of work. Keeping my costs in mind, they managed to get me back up and running in a safe old car that I love, with minimal damage to my wallet. I truly owe them for everything they did for me. There just aren't enough fresh baked scones in the world to show my gratitude. When I can, I will return for tires and other regular maintenance items. You will not find a more competent team of service professionals with as big a heart as the Concord crew. From the bottom of my heart, thank you thank you thank you. More
