I worked with Luke and he was very knowledgeable and very willing to answer all of my questions. This is my first Volvo and I left the dealership feeling like I really understood what I had purchased as well as all of the tech in the car! I traded in a Jeep Wrangler with the soft top installed and wasn't sure how to get the hard top to the dealership, but they were more than willing to come and pick it up from my house so I wouldn't have to worry about it! Luke was great to work with and had excellent communication as I loved that I could sent him a quick text with questions on the process. I would definitely recommend Lovering Volvo and Luke! More
