Exceptional Service - Above and Beyond Expectations From start to finish, our experience at Lovering was phenomenal. Jake was outstanding to work with - especially during this uncertain time. When we ca From start to finish, our experience at Lovering was phenomenal. Jake was outstanding to work with - especially during this uncertain time. When we came in, everything was clean and sterilized, with all employees we interacted with wearing masks and gloves. When we were ready to test drive the car, Jake went out and wiped down the entire inside (front and back - and there were only two of us) to ensure our safety. This was not something we requested or had even though about, but it really made a difference. Jake was thorough in wiping down not only high contact areas inside, but every inch of the seats and out outside handles as well. Jake was also extremely responsive and was great to work with as we went back and forth and discussed the car, the price (which was the best we could have hoped for), and logistics such as pick up. Once we came in to pick up the car, he even sat in the car with us to help with setting up Volvo On-Call, connecting cell phones and answering any and all questions that we had. We drove by later that day and stopped in to ask another question about how to use the radio and he was happy to come out and give us additional help. We could not have asked for a friendlier or better service from Jake. Cory handled our financing and was quick and efficient, making sure we understood everything and even reprinting a form when we changed our mind about adding on a warranty. When we (the purchasers) were unsure about the milage on the car (we were looking in the wrong area), Cory went outside to check and make sure everything was in working order, alleviating any and all of our concerns. Another smooth and effortless interaction. This is our first Volvo purchase and I know for sure that we will be returning to this dealership, not only for the amazing cars, but the exceptional service that makes you feel like a valued member of their family.
