My partner and I had been looking for used Toyota Tacoma and found one we liked at Lovering Volvo. After looking at many others, we decided to take it for a test drive, and the moment we arrived at the deal and found one we liked at Lovering Volvo. I was particularly appreciative of the environment, as I had experienced many misogynistic salesmen who either made degrading comments or ignored me completely, and were only focused on my husband for the sale of the truck. We ultimately decided to buy the truck and were helped by Richard. The entire process only took a few hours, even though we are from out-of-state, and they even handled the registration for us! Richard also made the time fly by with his jovial attitude and friendly conversation. We cannot say enough positive things about Lovering Volvo and highly recommend Richard and this dealership above all the others in NH. More

I bought my first Volvo from Lovering in 2003 and last Friday, I purchased my third Volvo there. If you are at all interested in the Volvo platform, there is no need to investigate any other dealership. Friday, I purchased my third Volvo there. John in service has done so many kind and above necessary things for me, that it would be impossible for me to mention them all. From checking my car after a recent accident to see if it was safe to drive home, to quickly replacing a wiper blade for me, he is top notch to deal with. Last December, while John was checking the damage to my car, I worked with Richard to see if the R series S60 that they had on the lot would be a good fit for me. After the test drive, I worked some #'s with him and decided that it would be best to just repair my car at this time. Richard said that he would keep his eyes out for another R series if it came on the lot. Sure enough, last Tuesday Richard called me to let me know that he had another R series on the lot. He even let me know that it was priced higher than what I had listed as my limit, but that it was a nice car, they knew the maintenance record, and perhaps I would like to try it out. The whole experience with Richard was great, the test drive was fantastic, and after some soul searching, I went ahead and bought the car. From service to sales to administrative paperwork... every aspect of this transaction was pleasant. You are not just a number when you enter this dealership, you are a human being.
