Beware of scam fees Negotiated $700 off the price of a vehicle and when they showed me the itemized final price they added $755 back in for Etching($455) and Safekey ($29 Negotiated $700 off the price of a vehicle and when they showed me the itemized final price they added $755 back in for Etching($455) and Safekey ($299). These are services I didn’t ask for or authorize. When I objected they stopped talking to me until a couple of days later when they said they were keeping my $500 deposit. Highly unethical. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Also beware of their outrageous $700 documentation fee. Stay away from these guys! More

Stereotypical Dealership Experience Loveland Ford was one of my first stops in my car search based on online reviews and inventory, which was I discovered was not at all up-to-date upon Loveland Ford was one of my first stops in my car search based on online reviews and inventory, which was I discovered was not at all up-to-date upon my arrival. I received a friendly greeting when I arrived. While the vehicle I had originally been interested in sold, the salesman went through the inventory with me. At that time, the dealership did not have what I was looking for (though attempted to sell me something completely different with higher mileage and damage to the back seat, which they held out as a "great deal") but indicated that they had several vehicles that they had just received and promised to follow up with me on. I never heard back from the dealership. Weeks later, after I purchased a newer vehicle at a better price elsewhere, I received a letter stating that I could not be financed . Odd, since I was preapproved through Chase, prequalified through Capital One, and, by this point, had already been financed through a local credit union at a low APR. The team chose not to work with me and turned my business away. I will not purchase a vehicle from Loveland Ford. More
