I spoke with two salesmen at King over the phone they were nice enough. I was attempting to purchase a Sierra 1500 AT4 they had on the lot. I was told that I did not need to put a deposit down because were nice enough. I was attempting to purchase a Sierra 1500 AT4 they had on the lot. I was told that I did not need to put a deposit down because the truck was pulled over to service to get tint and clear bra put on. I had an appointment to drive from Denver to Loveland in the afternoon. Me and my family were headed in when one of the sales people called me to tell me that the truck was sold. As if he was trying to make the situation better he told me that they would not have given me what I wanted on trade-in for my existing truck. When he gave me the number, he was $25,000 under trade-in for the truck. Then when I said it was a ridiculously low number, I was hung up on. I would never recommend anyone buy a car or truck from this dealership. If I could leave zero stars, I would. More
Brought my 2014 Chevy Silverado for an oil change, tire rotation, wiper blade replacement and a filter change. When I brought my truck in, everything was working in perfect order, but, when I got it back, rotation, wiper blade replacement and a filter change. When I brought my truck in, everything was working in perfect order, but, when I got it back, the main console where the radio is at, the screen itself, was all blacked out. When I brought this to the attention to the attendant, he said that he'd have his guys look at it. Again, when I brought it in, it was working perfectly fine. After they checked everything over, the attendant stated that it was as short that must have gone out when they were working on it. Thankfully, my extended warranty covers the parts and labor but I was told I would have to pay the deductible of $100. I would be totally fine with that if the short happened while I had the truck in my possession and had to bring it in for them to fix. But, since it was in the possession of the service center at the time, how do I know that their techs did screw something up? I find it kind of fishy that again, when I brought it it, everything was working in perfect order. I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for something that their techs may have messed up on in the back. Not happy with them and a little shocked as they are normally really good at what they do. At this point, I doubt anything will be done by them in regards to covering any type of cost. Be very careful and mindful of when you bring your vehicle in to them to have service done, you may end up with something faulty if you get it back. More
Poor customer service Dealer silent on vehicle emissions test. This caused a problem with registration since vehicle was driven out of the state. We informed the salesman & Dealer silent on vehicle emissions test. This caused a problem with registration since vehicle was driven out of the state. We informed the salesman & staff person preparing the bill of sale that the car was for our daughter who was moving out of state in 3 weeks. The salesman included city sales tax & we do not live in city. We informed him of this and asked him to delete the city tax which added $459.74 to the total taxes. He refused to delete the city sales tax and blamed the computer. I would not recommend buying any vehicles from this dealer. We have purchased used vehicles before and all of the dealers either included the emissions test or provided a voucher for the test. I purchased a used car for myself two months prior at a different dealership in Boulder and the emissions test was not an issue and neither was excluding the city tax. More
I would recommend steering very clear of this dealership. During the COVID pandemic I booked a Saturday appointment 72 hours to come view a specific suburban premier and drove 50 miles to get there. Upon arr During the COVID pandemic I booked a Saturday appointment 72 hours to come view a specific suburban premier and drove 50 miles to get there. Upon arrival, I watched a couple hopping into my truck to take it out for a test at the time of my appointment. I was offered to go look at a non comparable model. It was thrashed and severely overpriced. As a “no haggle” shop there was no deal to be made. I was offered a tank of gas which I had just topped off for my trip while I watched the couple buy the ‘burban out front underneath me. This is no way to conduct business. A person would be ill advised to buy a skateboard from these folks. Priced high, no customer service or remedial sense of business practices. More
always room for improvement My wife and I purchased a used (2019) SUV at KING GMC (Loveland) this last week. Service was good, they let us try out the vehicle with no pressure and gave us our distance. We were greeted by one of the employees wearing a mask and abiding by the social distance ‘rules’ (we were also wearing masks). He was very professional. We did the whole ‘buy a car dance’ between the two of us, I did not even bring up the fact that the front skirt had broken brackets. We met on a deal and we were able to purchase the vehicle, we shook hands, he stated it would be a second as ‘they’ were getting it ready for us. The experience up to that point was right on. Fell short after we got into our new vehicle and drove off. We both started to notice how dirty the vehicle was, did ‘they’ even clean it? In the morning we noticed, mud/dirt still on the floor. Soda or something that had exploded all over the head console (garage opener and such) most of the cup holders still had some type of hard sticky residue, gum on the seats front and back, food still under/on the seats, and some white residue in most of the compartments, and each rubber liner pull out was dirty. All this I am explaining are things that are seen from just looking. The items described are not in hiding or in small cracks/crevasses. I guess you could say I should have taken more responsibility in making sure KING cleaned out the vehicle before I drove off, to me I would expect KING to make a push to be that professional company to have that attention to detail to make sure all major cleaning was on point. So that begs the question, is this really clean? It seemed as if they are playing the game of ‘social distance’ but after the deal is over and the money changes hands, the rules change. I would encourage KING to have a checklist of what cleaning has been done, and how cleaning is accomplished, and types of cleaning solutions. I also think a record of when and who (this is not HIPPA) or how many drivers the said vehicle had. I can guarantee you that the vehicle that we test-drove (the one we purchased) had no cleaning from driver to driver. For a professional company as KING this should have already been done, especially with what is happening in the world relating to COVID19. Customer service and cleanliness right now is utmost importance, as a first responder I am reminded daily that the world we are in is ever changing with how new and old viruses are transmitted, and how we can minimize each interaction. I was torn on whether or not to write a review or even tell KING but as I told my family and friends about buying our new vehicle/experience they were surprised and told me to write something and that they (KING) should be made aware. So this is my part in passing it along, we will be doing a professional detail and cleaning on the vehicle. Again, the overall experience was good (I am a returning customer) but there is always room for improvement. I have attached images. More

I have always had excellent serv When I went in to purchase a new GMC Yukon Denali XL, The Owner Rex King had, Matt Klawin the sales manager, help me. I have always had excellent service from the sales staff But I was not prepared for what was about to happen. Matt made sure that I was completely advised of the new car and features. Anything that I asked about Matt was able to answer for me. The extras that I was interested in were made available without any hassle. Matt had Tom Medina help with the shuffling back and forth from Greeley without any inconvenience to me, everything was done in a very timely manner, the car was very clean when I picked it up, full tank of fuel and no problems. One of the main reasons I went back to King GMC is their service department and staff. Always attentive and ready to help. Try this dealership once and you won't go anywhere else. Thank You, Rex. Shady and unprofessional Matt and Joe sold us a car and then after the contract was signed, said they couldn't get the car unless we put an additional $2,000 down. Superior customer service after the sale Tom Medina delivers superior customer service! Unlike many other experiences, his commitment to his clients doesn’t end after sale. I have had our new Tom Medina delivers superior customer service! Unlike many other experiences, his commitment to his clients doesn’t end after sale. I have had our new vechicle in for service a couple of times since purchasing it. Each time Tom and the staff at King Buick GMC have gone above and beyond to make my appointment hassle free. I was most impressed when Tom offered to deliver my car to our house about 30 minuets from the dealership after the repair was completed. Not only did he drive it to me, he Brought it back with a full tank of gas and made sure I was satisfied with the repairs before he left. Tom brings back old fashion customer service and values. This is something that is hard to find today and even more elusive in the used car business. We will always buy our vechicles from Tom and King Buick GMC. More
