1st Service 2019 CR-V...Outstanding! My new CR-V was due for the 1st Service. I called and Elaine was able to get me in the same day. She informed me of the oil change and tire rotation special up front, which was not how my previous dealer did business...very refreshing! Jodie, my Service Advisor, also did a fantastic job! She went all out to address my needs and did everything better than my highest expectations. She carefully explained every detail of the repair order and inspection and I simply cannot remember ever having such a positive service experience. This includes previous ownership of several well known luxury brands. More
