She did point out some things that should be taken care of and gave me her opinion as to a timeline relative to their importance. Over the years I've conditioned myself to just say "no" to everything other than the service I originally went for. However, I felt Fran was being completely honest with me and felt that what she was saying was in the best interest of my car.... and also my pocketbook. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that!
