The service manager, Jim Halford, guided me with what NEEDED to be done and what DIDN'T -- saved me a bundle. Yesterday I stopped in because my tire had a nail in it. Tyler (service writer) told me they'd check it out and if the nail had punctured, they'd have to plug the hole and there would be a cost associated. Turned out it wasn't punctured, they checked out all the tires for me and there was no charge. Some dealerships would have charged. I like dealing with these folks. More

Terrible experience with your service mgr. I won't be back. I had service on my Ridgeline and was told I needed two new tires. I had a $130 coupon for new tires, but I was told that the coupon would not be hon I had service on my Ridgeline and was told I needed two new tires. I had a $130 coupon for new tires, but I was told that the coupon would not be honored unless I bought four new tires. I was quoted a price for the new tires and agreed to purchase the tires, but the service mgr. told me the $130 coupon covered the cost to balance the tires and would not honor the coupon. The coupon did not state this at all. It merely states $130 for four new tires. This is false advertising!!!!!! I bought my Ridgeline there and had it serviced there. Terrible way to treat a customer. They lost our business and we will buy our cars an d trucks at a different dealership. I will also send this reply to Sound off in the Chronicle. More
