Tyler came outside to let me know about my dirty air filter, and when he knew I was concerned about needing to go inside to settle the bill he offered to take my credit card in and have it processed. He was very considerate of my concern for coming inside. My car was complementary washed, this is the best service I have ever received from Honda. Thank you Tyler. More

Went in for a few recalls and minor maintenance to the car and had a great experience. Tyler, the employee who helped me, was incredibly helpful and informative. He called regularly throughout the day to keep me updated on the status of my car. They ran a diagnosis on it and Tyler went through and told me everything I needed and didn't need yet. I ended up getting new tires after his recommendation because I knew I had been needing those. Overall, extremely satisfied. And will definitely use them again more regularly in the future. Thanks! My car was in for a recall issue. Afterwards the car was washed AND detailed. I had just had in two weeks prior for oil change and tire rotation. At that time it was also washed. This is the third Honda Pilot I have bought from this dealer but this will be the last next time. I would rather drive to Ocala or any other place with better service. The sales person, Scott Petricone, dealer but this will be the last next time. I would rather drive to Ocala or any other place with better service. The sales person, Scott Petricone, no longer wants to help me with anything after signing the papers. This was my experience, I had negotiated a final out the door price for the car but when I went to the dealership to sign the papers , they had tried selling me a similar car with more mileage (the one we had agreed on had 30,000 miles but they one they tried putting in the papers had 60,000 miles). I luckily caught that and they agreed to change the papers to the car that we had initially agreed upon. However, they told me that I would have to pay an extra $1,500 for an extra insurance to make the car “certified.” I signed all the papers but after getting home, I had realized that they also included extra fees for insurance on the tires. I tried contacting Scott Petricone immediately to discuss these extra charges but all I received was an email stating “Thank you for your business.” The papers clearly stated that I had up to 60 days to cancel this extra insurance but Scott Petricone will not even open any of the documents or emails I have sent to him. I have also asked for a copy of the certified car insurance that I paid an extra $1,500 for but I still have not received it. I believe that they robbed me of $2,000 and they will not do anything to help. I have already sent all the paperwork to a lawyer and hopefully these issues will be resolved but I will definitely not be going back to this dealer and do not recommend them at all. More

We would like to thank Jim Schrup for his professional treatment during our purchase last weekend. We had met him the week before, was not pushy in trying to sell us a car allowed us to test drive the car treatment during our purchase last weekend.
