My Love honda nightmare in Homosassa Florida I went to get my family's van serviced. Passenger side door was giving me a little problem not working properly yet still closing and opening safely. Glenn the service writer told me a $99.00 diagnosis fee to find out what the problem was.i said ok do it. One hour later he calls and says the rear latch needs replacement this wil cost over $400. To fix. He calls again now saying i need over $1700. In repairs. I respectfully decline the repairs. He tells me to come and pick it up.l pay over 400. Dollars and leaving love Honda in Homosassa my side door flies open on my way to pick up my children from school. I almost had a heart attack. I took it directly to a licensed repair facility and let them repair it. I had to get a rental and spend more money to make my vehicle safe for me and my babies.Now love honda is giving me the run around about either refunding me or paying the expenses that took place due to love honda disregard for safety and my children lifes. I am really unhappy. Does anybody know who i can call .The service manager mr.halford keeps telling me he is working on it. It is over two weeks and nothing has been done. More
Good Service Quality but pricey I had a scheduled appointment to have a specific amount of miles “scheduled standard maintenance” service performed and the cost was a bit pricey (alm I had a scheduled appointment to have a specific amount of miles “scheduled standard maintenance” service performed and the cost was a bit pricey (almost $550) but overall feel the quality of service was “good” at the best. What I didn’t like is that my paid invoice did not have all of the specific services that were verbally discussed with myself over the phone that “were to be completed” listed out and documented as completed on the final paid invoice. How do I know exactly what work/services were actually performed if that isn’t on my invoice??? The service also took about 2- 2/ 1/2 hours to complete (which isn’t too bad considering I had it completed on a Saturday morning). I have already emailed the new service manager an email requesting this information and waiting his response...... More

60000 mile checkup Came in for 60k appt. Glenn was out there & greeted me by name when I arrived. We went inside & went over standard checkup requirements. Also expla Came in for 60k appt. As this was a long process, Glen kept me up to date as I waited for the car. Everything was completed as explained & within the time frame stated. Glenn then went over everything that was completed & explained all the results to my satisfaction. Glenn has been there for me the last 3 years, even when I called for a quick question. Definitely would recommend your dealership & especially Glenn. If/when Honda has another cr-v that can be towed 4 down I would upgrade thru your dealership. Thanks. More

Timely service I brought my. Car in for a pitstop just before heading north for the holidays. They discovered that my front brakes needed to be redone. They were ab I brought my. They also were able to take me home and pick me up when the car was ready. It is a good feeling to know that your car is in good condition when you go on an extended road trip. More

Great buying experience Happened upon Love Honda through an internet search. There are closer dealerships to us but I was impressed during my initial phone contact with Bonn Happened upon Love Honda through an internet search. There are closer dealerships to us but I was impressed during my initial phone contact with Bonnie Lefevre who set up our appointment. My wife and I arrived and were introduced to Bryan Delbert who was very friendly and asked how he could help us. We explained what we were looking for and he really was helpful in guiding us in our decision. He was very thorough in explaining all of the vehicles features and their operation. We went for a demonstration ride where we were able to appreciate all the CRV had to offer. We really appreciate the time Bryan spent with us making sure we were satisfied with our selection. Our transaction was completed by Jim Desanti. Very friendly and handled our paperwork expeditiously and without pressure, which we appreciated. All in all a pleasant experience and we love our new CRV EXL More
