He suggested I have the tow truck take me and the car to Honda so the car can be checked out to make sure there was no damage to the rims or anything underneath the car. I really appreciate the concern for my car and my safety. I had to buy two tires to replace mine and my car was checked to make sure no other damage had occurred. I was taken care of quickly and on my way. Thank you for employing someone like Glenn Stein who looks after his customers. More

I want to be sure that you know how much I appreciate the excellent service I have received from the Love Honda service advisors and technicians. Jodie has helped me the last few years when I have needed work done on my car and each visit has been a superior experience in every respect. She seems to know all the right questions to ask to quickly get to the heart of the issue, and does an excellent job of communicating between the technicians and me, resulting in a problem that is “fixed right the first time”, every time. She is the main reason that I feel comfortable coming to Love Honda with my ancient but beloved Odyssey! Because she understands that I love this car and do not want a new one at this time, she helps me understand the priority of each issue (and since it’s a Honda, there haven’t been many isues!) in relation to safety, efficiency and cost, and together we come up with the best solution for my car and situation every time. This is amazing! I have also worked with Glenn several times and found an equally “customer service oriented” attitude. These advisors and others over the years have been what’s kept me coming back, in the early 2000’s with a 1993 Honda wagon, and since 2007, with this 2005 Odyssey. As an official “old person” who has been driving mostly Hondas since my first 1974 Civic as well as a “survivor” of 30 years' worth of too many company transfers, through too many states, to count - I have dealt with a lot of auto repair places, many of them Honda dealerships. Love Honda service is, hands down, the best. It has the feel of a small town shop, where everyone knows each other and wants to help, combined with the skills and equipment of a modern high-tech shop. Whatever you all are doing over there, please just keep it up! KB More
