On April 16, 2024 my husband and I went to Love Honda to purchase a pre-owned Hybrid CR-V. We were there from 10 am - 6 pm. It was our worst car buying experience ever. My husband had done some negotiating over the phone with an Internet sales person. When we got to the Dealer they gave us a sales person Jimmy. We took the car for a test drive and loved it. When it came down to price it didn’t go so well. They added all kinds of charges so it was not any where near the price that was spoken about over the phone. The sales manager Sean got involved. He was very disrespectful. He kept yelling and screaming, was throwing all kinds of figures back and forth, and it got really confusing. A lot of it was not being explained. When you asked a question, Sean would get upset. The sales person didn’t know what to do. We wanted the 24 month 1.9% financing from Honda, even though the car was certified they wanted to charge us a $1,200.00 premium fee to get the Honda financing. Finally we negotiated an out the door price. Waited to go to the financing person Jennifer. We were being rushed because there was another couple waiting to finish their deal. They were going through the paperwork so fast we found a few mistakes that they did correct. My husband and I needed to talk, when we walked out of the office we were told we were breaking the law. Continued to rush us back in. Sean kept saying we had such a good deal we were going to get him and the salesman fired. They continued to rush and have us sign the paperwork. Then gave it to us on a flash drive. The next morning when I printed the paper work out, there was a charge for something negotiated in the out the door price. We drove back to the dealership to get it corrected. Sean wasn’t there the other sales manager was. He stated we signed the paper work and they couldn’t make any changes, the deal had been done. The general manager Vic stepped in and cut us a check to straighten the matter out. On top of all that we were missing the wheel lock key and the owners manual. The owners manual was in the car when we test drove it. They did get us a wheel lock key from the parts dept. They still have not gotten the right year Honda CR-V Hybrid owners manual. Too many empty promises. Buyer beware. Don’t let Love Honda do this to you. More

I hate going into car dealers. But, did I find one that made up for all the bad ones. A bright young man, Alex Roberts greeted me at the door. A bit in shock as He was at the last dealer I went to and had a very bad experience there. I liked him at the previous dealer but as just the sales guy, he couldn't help. He quit there for the same reasons I didn't like the place. He and I laughed about the experience. He told me how much He loved being at Love Honda. That they were straight, helpful and had a great Espirit d'corp among all the employees. He worked hard to get my business and really went out of his way to help me find the right Odyssey. All the people there I met couldn't have been nicer. You had the feeling that you were among friends who wanted you to be pleased. As a cyber failure, and a senior person, He took pity on me and helped me set up all the phone and bluetooth connections. After some jousting on price and terms, we settled and I drove off with a smile on my face. As an ex CEO, it was a pleasure seeing high standards and employee commitment at work. The owner is known to me and is respected in the community. His leadership has created an excellent dealership especially for those of us who loathe going to car dealers. More
Bought a 2024 Ridgeline. Met with Cierra, and Sales Rep Dan. I should have come to Love Honda first! Instead I got drawn in by an internet ad for a dealer in the TB area. I was in and out at Love Honda in under 1.5 hours from start to finish. Got a great price with very little haggling. Very satisfied with entire experience. Recommend Love Honda highly! Go see Dan, he’s a straight shooter. More

Drove 2 hours to purchase a vehicle after connecting via message with an internet sales associate from Love Honda - Jennifer. Before driving I had received car payment numbers with the agreed down payment, before leaving my home I received confirmation from Jennifer I was good to drive to the dealer. When I arrive I’m greeted by Jennifer and once inside she hands me off to work with Jared sales rep who will be helping and gathering my license etc. Jennifer leaves and doesn’t come back. Jared comes over gather my license and tag I had for transfer makes copy, when he returns I advise if possible if we can try to be out as quickly as possible as I had another 2 hour drive back home. He says yes to give 25 minutes as he gather’s the paperwork and try to get me a little lower payment and in the meantime they will wash the car. He leaves to gather papers and never return back or provides any updates. 1 hour and 45 minutes later comes Dave from finances with numbers arctgis point it’s 6:40pm and the dealer closed at 6pm, the numbers I’m presented are nothing I was presented to via messages from the first associate Jennifer. The number Dave gave me were almost $150 more than what I was told. I tell him this is crazy how now I’m higher and don’t understand what occurred. He states to me he doesn’t know who or why I was given the previous numbers as those numbers weren’t real. At this point I’m frustrated, he leave to see what he can do. 10 minutes later he comes back and shows me number $10-20 less than what he had shown the first time he came . I tell him this is not what I want to pay if we can get closer to the first number I was given by Jennifer that would be great . Dave’s has the audacity to tell me to leave and he will call me tomorrow.I shared with him I drove from far to buy the vehicle and I was confirmed I was good to come to the dealer and that all I needed to come into the dealers was to sign and leave. He says there’s nothing he can do he can take the car Monday, and this occurred on Saturday. I tell Dave I’m leaving but I will be calling to file complaint and yells back “my name is Dave!!! “ I work in customer service and this person had no skills at all or even try to persuade or help this customer who came from far to buy the vehicle and close the deal. He had no desire in doing that and next day I call to the dealer to speak to GM or manager at the dealer. Never am I transferred to anyone instead Jared the sales rep gets on the phone says how can he help me and I tell him he could helped me when I was at the dealer since never came back. Jared then states he was not allowed to go back. I tell him I still want this vehicle as they already ran my credit over 8 times after I had already receive a deal from Jennifer he then says when we will see what we can do. I go ahead and message Jennifer to tell her how disappointed I was with their service and how at the dealer then later change the payment I had agreed on and was told they weren’t real. At this point Jennifer says the numbers she gave me were given to her by the General Manager Vic! But unfortunately this happens and they will call me with a deal. Hours past and I called back the dealer and Jared let’s me know it’s Sunday he is waiting on numbers from the bank but also he can speak to his GM on Monday to give me a better deal and they close soon. I agree and let him go. Monday I call ask for a manager and instead I get Jennifer saying sorry to share we sold the car last night! I never ask to speak to her and this whole 2-3 days never was I able to speak to a manager they always jumped around putting people to talk to me. So overall this dealer has no customer service skills and has no respect for customers who are their trying to buy a car ! Photo 1 of 2 More
Recieved phone calls and emails, good news your approved. After calls back and forth, hesitate to go because i knew it would be a waste of time. I went and drove an hour there. I had been talking with Jennifer, with internet sales about a new 2023 Honda Pilot and she had been speaking with her boss/GM and I told them I did not want to play games and waste my time so just give me your best deal. After asking for their best (out the door) price and getting it in writing, I take the time off from work and drive an hour each way for them to then tell me that what was given to me in writing isn't the correct price and the new price is $7,000 more than what they gave me in writing. What a complete waste of my day, time and gas! I just can't understand the lack of competency and being honest with people. I will make sure I let all my family and friends know to stay away from Love Honda! Also, a complete joke on what they offered me for my trade in value...they came in around $3k light! More

Salerepresentative Anthony was very nice, helpfull and knowledgable esp. With the car. He is highly commendable and we love Honda we own Honda back home. Unfortunately, the Manager came with a snacks in his right hand and explained on what to be done while eating the snacks, chewing and swallowing. I understand he is the manager as introduced, Is this being respectful on his part? Or am I being disrepected because we seem we can not afford the car? They ask for 15K$ for downpayment, though we had pre approval from Credit Union, ask for US ID's though we have SSN (SSN is not an ID because there was no photos on it - hmmmm). You can not buy a car without an US ID's as verbalize. Anyhow i thank them for the time. More
