Treat you like family Sylina was awesome, came in for an oil change and she remembered me from my previous visit, months earlier, for a warranty problem. She remembered me, the truck and the problem and asked if it was fixed. It wasn’t so she called Jeremy he took it and had fixed within a day, it’s never ran better. None of this was scheduled, I did t have an appointment for anything other than an oil change, and they were swamped, I was lucky to get in for the oil change that day at 4:30. They could have told me to schedule an appointment for the warranty issue, but Sylina and Jeremy took care of me like family, I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else’s for service, you guys rock. More

Like No Other Dealership! Over the years I have had many many experiences with car dealerships. Most were good but my experience with Love Chevrolet is outstanding every time Over the years I have had many many experiences with car dealerships. Most were good but my experience with Love Chevrolet is outstanding every time I go there. (and Ive been going to Love for many years) What s the difference? I ll share it. First I go online and make an appointment at my convenience. I show up on time and I am met by Darrin on the driveway who greets me by my name. He already knows what I am there for. I hand him my keys and go to the waiting room where I fix a complimentary cup of coffee. This time I even had an employee I didn't know offer to refill my coffee. I didn't have time for a refill Darrin was there telling the service on my Yukon was cpmplete. There was no pressure to buy anything else and I was given a complete inspection report on my vehicle! All was fine. Oh the cost! Love prices are competitive with anyone else s service. I'm very satisfied with Love Chevrolet and I will return anytime I need service on my Yukon! More

Longer than usual wait time All in all the service is fine. My appointment was at 9:00 a.m. and I arrive at 8:45 a.m.. However, the car was not taken in for service until 9:45 All in all the service is fine. My appointment was at 9:00 a.m. and I arrive at 8:45 a.m.. However, the car was not taken in for service until 9:45 and it was 1/2 hour for service. So it made for a relatively long wait. Which is a bit unusual. Other than that I have always been please with your service and that is why I purchased my auto from you. More
