Mackey not only frequently updated us on the status of our vehicle but he made it very easy for us to utilize our vehicle most expeditiously, while helping to keep all concern at bay. As a soldier and previous auto business owner I can say with all honesty that Mackey is the type of high caliber individual that any professional organization aspires to have when success is the only option. I do not like taking my car to quick lube at entrance. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!! I purchased a new Chevy Silverado from Warren, and was very happy with everything about the vehicle but the wheels. So to make the deal, they offered I purchased a new Chevy Silverado from Warren, and was very happy with everything about the vehicle but the wheels. So to make the deal, they offered to provide me a set from a Z71 model and told me that I was the next person in line on the waiting list. Basically when a new truck was lifted, they would give me the old wheels and tires. Said it should be a few weeks at most... Well, I called in 2 weeks, one month, two months, three months, six months, and so on and so on. Even stopped in a handful of times as well. It was always the stock reply that I was next in line. Now I do not even get a return call. It is these sort of FALSE PROMISES and NEGATIVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE that should make it to the top of the org chart at Love Chevrolet. If you buy from them, I would get everything 100% documented and don't fall into the same trap of trust that I did. Within a few days of this post, I was directly contacted by the general manager of Love Chevrolet, and have been provided a set of wheels for the vehicle. He was very accommodating and quickly provided a resolution that worked for both parties. More
