I came into Love Chevy for an oil change and tire rotation on December 3rd. Trish was a warm sweet gal to deal with she was very helpful and very respectful. Awful, they DO NOT know what they are doing. We leased a brand new Equinox in Oct. They wrote the contract up for the wrong annual mileage, they didn't bother to turn in our old lease and so GM financial t brand new Equinox in Oct. They wrote the contract up for the wrong annual mileage, they didn't bother to turn in our old lease and so GM financial thinks we kept it and owe more money on it, they did not return repeated phone calls. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We have always had smooth sailing when leasing from other dealerships, it has been 4 weeks, we are still trying to straighten things out. More
I am very frustrated with the lack of response to my request. On 9/11/20 I purchased a 2014 Honda CR-V which I am very happy with. Unfortunately the owners manuals were missing. The only manual in the car was a small 26 page technical reference guide. I spoke to Ted about this before leaving with my car and he said he would look into getting a manual. I waited 3 1/2 weeks and called Ted, he said he had no luck finding one. I told him that it is only right that I should get an owners manual with my car and he said he would order one. It has now been another 3 1/2 weeks and I have not heard anything, I shouldn't have to harass them to do the right thing. I see that there is also a navigation manual that I should have as well. It looks like I can order a manual from Honda but I shouldn't have to pay $50! I feel that they should take better care of their customers if they want them to return for service and future sales opportunities. More
My husband and I drove an hour to see a used GMC Acadia. When we got inside to test drive the car it had a crack in the glass 15 in. long. Also, the back armrest was torn off. It was a nice running car and we were willing to purchase the car and negotiate with the price. The price was already on the high side as it being just a standard Acadia and not a SLT1 or 2 ($10,999). The Salesman took our negotiation of $10,000 and we fix the window to the Finance Manager David Peleshok. He came back with $10,800 and then $10,300. We still getting a car with a broken window to drive home and have to turn in on our insurance to get fixed. We said we would purchase the car @ $10,300 if he would fix the window but David Peleshok said no. He lost a deal over $300 and was actually going to sell a car with a broken window. As far as this dealership I would not recommend at all!!! I lost 2 hrs. drive time to someone who cares nothing about the customer and what they drive home with or their safety as a matter of fact. Wouldn't buy another vehicle from love chev. The service department is great. I was treated with so much disrespect yesterday. Twice I have had minor issues and twice they gave me a hard time. They act like bullies I can't understand why Chad would want people like this working and representing his dealership. I have bought 6 Hondas over the years from Love Honda and never had a problem. But Love Chevrolet sure doesn't live up to my experience with Love Honda. More
