Ryan made purchasing my car a great experience. By that I mean, very un-stressful! Over a period of several weeks, Ryan answered many of my questions via email and phone. Mini people were easy to work with and kept me in the loop while my new car was being produced. I really liked the first day when I went to the dealer to test drive the Coupe. Heck, I've gone to other dealers for a test drive and they want to see my driver's license, insurance card, etc. and they have to drive it off the lot and then ride shotgun on the test drive. More
